I would doubt it, will be completely enforced, maybe speed limits and some laws being as laws but generally I think the governor will likely be able to change a lot of stuff but it could be added by the governor.

You cannot host a server on your own PC or a dedicated box; you must rent a server from one of the server providers trusted / and picked by the developers. You must pledge $30 or more to be able to access the modules and the beta before the release as well it includes the full game on release too.

The shop in the game will only sell cosmetic items and is not anything pay to win. @Genesai The items which are bought with real money in the in-game shop won't be exclusive things like the pledge vehicles. I don't believe you can buy the cars with real money either but with pledges you can. Clothing items will be exclusive when bought in the in-game shop but vehicles if ever able to be bought in-game would not be exclusive because why even bother having pledges with those exclusive things if they can be bought in the game shop? That would take away the exclusiveness or those items from people who pledge early. I doubt cars can be bought with real money, apartments and clothing yes but houses, cars, guns etc likely not.

No, they didn't say roughly. They said you should be able to run the game if you can run games like Ark, GTA V, Arma 3... They didn't say roughly because it is way too early in development for the specs to be revealed or even be accurate. @DanVash The developers care about the first impression they make with their game and that is a vital thing they must do/ get right, even if we don't care, other people would and it could mean extra funding for the game if that is a investor.

Hey there @Asher I believe that if the devs even went to attempt it, then it would not be before the full game release as like language translation won't be done until full game release or even after that. So it is surely fair to say that it will likely be after full release before attempting it. I cannot say that it will be attempted for certain but I think they would love to add the aids for those who are deaf or partially sighted etc. However I hope that the game caters to helping you in the way you need, to be able to play it.

The Anti cheat engine will be built from ground up by the developers. We know that we will have a cpanel to customise the server with various things but I am not sure how the menu for in-game will be but as far as I know, admins cannot spawn money themselves I believe.

Just do a poll, it will be easier

They update the progress bar manually and only when they feel they have hit a milestone in the module progress/ development.

No people take the piss out of disabled people in real life because they are bully's and so some people will likely choose to be in a wheel chair to take the piss more.

I have no clue, but I think people would just troll with them and take the mich out of those people who use them in real life and so in my opinion I am against it but it could be a great addition!
