The game will not be ported to console before PC releases and still after that, it won't be ported but the devs will look into it after/ in the future. However they want to focus on the PC version before thinking or looking into the porting to console.

In other words, they do not promise to port it to console but promise to look into porting to console not until after the full release of the game on PC.

Private servers will be able to enforce rules upon it but on official servers they won't enforce rules against it as the official servers will be more casual RP. Private servers will be able to have first person forced upon everyone in the server settings.

I think you should maybe upgrade your GPU before your CPU because that is pretty old that one is and the CPU is probably the reason why you get that much FPS in Arma but it is really up to you.

This game is not a subscription based game. You don't pay more than one time for the game, also it would stop people trying to rob the bank as they will have to pay money because of a game mechanic they want to get fun out of. Guys, the reason why it won't be mandatory is because you will need to log in to your store account (which is the game account) on the launcher. e.g. like when you launch Rainbow six siege through steam, it signs in to the Uplay launcher as otherwise you cannot play it.

I don't know what a "PSC" is, if it is a debit/ credit card, you can go to check out and pay as guest. Type the information required in and pay. If it is not, you cannot pay without going through paypal either as a guest or signed in. You unfortunately will in this case have to wait for the new website where it likely will be higher in price. There is an alternative in which you can ask a friend to buy it for you and you pay him the amount etc.

The way the RV works is, it is set up as a home when you drive and if set up as the meth lab then it is not drivable at that point, but can be converted back to the mobile home when you want to move the RV. You need to find a nice hidden spot to set up shop, so that you don't get caught by the cops or risk it in a more open/ public area.

Hey there, you need to go to the store to pledge. It is not a subscription game, you only have to pay once. The Modules are not yet out and after they all release, the beta will soon follow before the full game. To get access to the modules and beta you need to pledge $30 or more. If you only want to access the game at full release for the discounted price then, you only need to pledge $15. As of right now, you cannot play anything as it is not out, while also when the 1st module releases, the prices will rise and many if not all/ most of the pledge rewards will be gone.

There will be no "Cash/ in-game money" micro transactions in this game, as the developers hate "Pay2Win" features and so will never add anything of the sort. All micro transactions will be cosmetic stuff and nothing which can give big advantages over players etc. No houses, but apartments will be buyable!
