Natural disasters have been suggested to the developers and they have thought about it a lot but right now they don't believe it will make it before full game release because they are not sure how they will do such things, however it is a possibility in the future after full release. There will be no destruction to buildings a such. Weather could affect vehicles but won't need different/ a change in vehicle parts. Well the last bit won't be necessary because of no building destruction. There possibly will be feature to upgrade buildings if owned but I am not too sure on that.

You can't go get in debt with your bank necessarily but you can go lose all your money e.g. spending it all or having it on your person and then dying with it. You can be made homeless if you don't pay your rent too.

Yes, this game will be continuously developed after the full release of the game, as the devs have said in the past that, they will carry on the development adding frequent updates to the game. This will be to add the such planned content that they have already said they would add but won't get in before the full release and more content that they have not planned/ looked/ thought of yet or the things they need to assess before adding it to the game.

That is a bit off. That is what Detectives are for in the game. So, the way it works is when you die, your body will stay in the world for a certain time period before disappearing. The time period will allow for detectives to come along and investigate etc. They will be able to take DNA from the scene and also (finger prints I believe). I cannot remember if bodies are able to be moved but even if it isn't, the devs can always see if it is possible to add in the future.

Yes, this would possibly help in some way, but you can create music in the game itself for the music idea. Secondly, giving out prizes should only consist of not a big thing, so maybe more on the lines of clothing, but I for one would not think it is a good idea as of now until the game has got a lot more funding and also a lot bigger team of devs because the devs need to focus on the game and not on contests. It is a good Idea overall, but I feel like the devs need to have a much bigger team before doing such things, while also not giving things out to people like apartments or vehicles. If you get what I mean, I think you will understand many reasons for the sacrifice. If not, then you can always go on a private server which does not have the stress system activated.

That really depends due to the stress system. If the person's character being shot is stressed then yes it will be likely a fatal shot but if they are not stressed then no, possibly not. Also if you get wounded, then you can still move. It is only if you fall unconscious then you have to wait for paramedics.
