Job "bunnyhopping"
LuckyDuck replied to iiMStevo's question in Tourism (Q&A)
There is a difference between the jobs and careers. Jobs are the tasks which you can do at any given moment and careers are more of a longer duration but it is entirely up to each individual on when they want to go off duty and so they can switch when they want really. But in the case presented here: If a cop goes and does things like killing or robbing stuff, then they will lose their career as a cop and it will become harder for them in the future, however this is mainly only on official servers but still could be the same on private servers but private servers will have more rules/ strictness likely. -
No one will be behind a desk. There is no security in the bank anyways and the less cops, the less money in the bank and also if no cops the system might not even allow people to rob the bank to stop exploitation. If you want a high reward, the task must be a high risk one in order to get that high reward and so there is no absolute reason to rob the bank when no cops online. There is no police jobs which require players sitting behind a desk and that is the exact thing which is where NPC's will do the boring stuff like serving as shop vendors at the tills. Fires are not player started and are automated, fires therefor won't start when no fire fighters are online/ on duty. Well, there won't be any roaming NPC's in the game and will only be at stores etc as vendors or such.

It is not planned for console and I don't believe they will ever release it to console but after the full game release for PC, the devs will look into console porting and that does not mean it will ever be released on console. You will be waiting a long time if it ever made it to console. The devs want to focus on the full game for PC before thinking about other platforms. I do believe the game will have to get drastically changed before going with consoles because it is not a game which is for consoles with it's concept. (My opinion)

I believe / think all of them will come with a license plate on them.

The previous comment said there was no section on the site not in the game. Sorry if it confused you.

There will be a fire system and the Fire Service is another Career option

There are newspapers if you read my other comment....

Well, this won't be such a thing as it is no roaming NPC's and some servers will be empty and well just a server has to start small anyways and so all your suggestion will show that it is still empy and you can just exploit it and rob such NPC's with no consequences brought upon you.

No you don't get the rusted car in the higher pledge.

Probably like GTA but then again we won't know until the 3rd module. -
No, the NPC's will be to the least amount possible, as because yu cannot interact with them with total immersion if they are roaming. They will take up as shop positions which are boring for people to do all day and also will be as some vendors too.

Oh if you mean by helping to translate the game or such, then the devs will get a professional company to handle it and not volunteers. -
Besides emotes, can we interact with each other? (Hugs, high fives, etc)
LuckyDuck replied to Kattycake's topic in The Town Square
I am not sure but I would think only one type by full release, but it could possibly be more or I could be completely wrong. -

Sounds like a cool idea, but I only understand part of what you mean. However, do you mean in game or out of the game? if you mean in game then you can forget it because there is no other "Countries". If not in game then, it sounds alright but I can tell you now, that why would there be such things when a Moderator could do such things instead? Secondly, different languages won't be implemented until after full release of the game. (Will edit to add more if needed.) -

@Kattycake @Svanders @Rinyuaru-Kun Guys here is the answer with hugging and kissing; yes Hugs and kisses are a thing but will require consent from the other player to perform the action. -

Proxy chat
LuckyDuck replied to WalterWhite's question in Tourism (Q&A)
For long distance chat, you need to text / call on the phone. You have to add people on your phone to get there phone numbers I believe. Also I am not sure but there could be a different type of open chat but I don't know. -

If you mean via in-game then no there is not "Mod support" or such for the game and they have no plans for now or in the future for it as of yet. If you wish to do something for the game then you need to apply on http://www.asylumentertainment.ca/ if they have any jobs available.- 1 reply

They will send it out soon, but just remember they are very busy. I know that Motown is at the Office this week and I am sure by the end of the week we will have it.

The first module is only a social module and will not include guns, however will after a certain stage include them only at the firing range to test out in the police station. The second module is a competitive module which is a Cops vs Robbers module and includes fighting as said "competitively". The third and final module is the racing module and will allow players to try out the cars and race against each other. The first module won't have the guns or cars in it due to it being a social module. After updates will eventually allow you to fire the guns in the police gun range. I am sure there will also be a vehicle which will be static/ not functional and being shown off eventually but I am unsure on that right now.
