Yes, that is correct! You will not need to fill out a application form for the official servers. However privater servers can do as they wish. With official servers, you will have to watch a tutorial (acts as a test) before you are qualified to become an officer!

The pledge vehicles can be driven and well any vehicles can be driven without that drivers license, it is just if you get caught then you will get a fine or go jail etc. However to receive a drivers license you will have to take a test (Tutorial) and so it is an automated process. Every business has a unique phone number. You as the business would try advertise that number so that people can get the number easily. -

Just won't be a possible thing as you will have to rent a server from selected; trusted server providers as you will not be able to host off of your own machines/ have a dedicated box etc. -

I am sure he is not talking about the map for the full game and more on the lines talking about a DLC type Island possibly. If you mean a future island then it has already been suggested as a DLC but if you mean the smaller islands around th main one then, they will be there with the full map but there has not been a mention on a train to take you to such places. Anyways, the developers want to focus on the full game before thinking about the DLC's / future after.

The movies are on the public domain and that is either it has expired on copy right after so many years of the owner's death or after 70 years from being launched etc. -
Hey, if you looked, you would have noticed that a ford charger or one of the ones listed by you was in the trailer. Please look more carefully and also a crown victoria is already confirmed by the devs.

All guns will be illegal as default I assume and only the governor will determine if guns are legal if that is an option. However, a bounty hunter will have to attain his weapons which will hard to do while very expensive. Police will have a glock as standard but more varieties as they progress.

This information was given many times over a year, which was clear that they can't allow it hosted off players computers/ dedi box, and only can be rented.

1. Yes you can. 2. The only rules if such would be you have to rent the server. (No real rules to opening a server but you cannot host off your own PC, dedi box etc and must rent it from selected server providers. 3. No, only at full release.
