don't forget the module is a very small portion of the game and so it will be a lot easier to run too / less demanding!

Players only. It will be basic hand to hand combat. Nothing special. you can do this, as there are zipties! -
Finding bodies (or injured people) before paramedics.
LuckyDuck replied to Bushido0's topic in The Town Square
You can be looted when unconscious / dead before the body is gone in Identity, but you cannot steal clothing or the players phone. Only, money and guns etc. -
Hand combat will be basic and nothing like karate or kung fu etc.
-
If you mean, can you see cars go by on the road or such then no. You are in a separate instance.
-
There won't be careers/ jobs for sports and is up to the players for such things and so if you wanted to, then you could possibly do it yourself
-
1. 300 - 500 no specific as they need to test before knowing that. 2. Voice chat is VOIP meaning if you whisper in the mic then you whisper in chat, if you shout, you shout in game.

Can you go to jail for singing bad in the karaoke bar?
LuckyDuck replied to mrmccheesie's topic in The Town Square
I am sure that a lot of games like Rust and such which have official servers don't have mods constantly on their servers or such and well I just think it will be hard to get people because if the moderators do something then it makes the devs look even worse because it is the company's image.I get your point and I will ask what will happen to prevent such things but in reality how many games have any mods stopping such things. (GTA has none and many more like it). -
Can you go to jail for singing bad in the karaoke bar?
LuckyDuck replied to mrmccheesie's topic in The Town Square
I meant it is the same reason why there is no rules, because there will be little to any mods to be able to enforce them on official servers. Harassment happens everywhere in games and is hard to catch on official servers. -
Requirements
LuckyDuck replied to Arnas's question in Tourism (Q&A)
Just remember it is way too early to get a good estimate and so these things said here about requirements are more on the module and could change in any way for the full game/ at a later point but the best you can be sure about is if you can run GTA V, ARK or ArmA 3 then you should be fine -
Can you go to jail for singing bad in the karaoke bar?
LuckyDuck replied to mrmccheesie's topic in The Town Square
Well, there won't be so many mods to be able to help all the time like in private servers. This is why official servers won't have all the rules like RDM, CDM, FAIL RP, Meta-Gaming etc because there won't be people all the time to enforce such things. -
Not exactly I do not believe. The houses / apartments are "half instanced" and so you won't see a loading screen but also with the apartments, you go up the elevator you seamlessly load in. With houses, you do sort of the same thing, you open the door and walk in without a loading screen (seamless) and you will be in another instance meaning you cannot see outside cars going by or such.
-
I can't say for sure, but I am pretty certain that building the engine from the ground up won't be a thing and it will be more like GTA.
-
I do not believe that this will be a thing in Identity, but it could be added well in the future.
-
With the paying rent part, is if you don't pay them they can just kick you out of the house/ apartment and you cannot do anything about it. I do not believe that you can sue people in the game but the devs could always add such things at a future date after the full release.

Can you go to jail for singing bad in the karaoke bar?
LuckyDuck replied to mrmccheesie's topic in The Town Square
I am not totally sure how the devs plan to prevent such things but there won't be a lot of staff to be even available all the time to prevent any of these things and so a local mute is easier while, there will be a reporting system. -
They said 45 minutes right now but it may change with testing and so it likely won't stay at 45 minutes depending on testing with getting the most enjoyable length of time. 45 minutes is actually due to testing anyways.
-
They don't have any plans yet for any DLC's and instead will be focusing on the full game itself.
-
The game will get a 18+ rating but that won't be yet as it is way too early to give it such a rating.

LuckyDuck replied to mrmccheesie's topic in The Town Square
You cannot be arrested without being flagged for a crime and so, you cannot actually arrest them for such things in Identity as it would be impossible for the devs to code something which will flag you for harassing someone and so a mute button would be locally for said person. -
That is right now, it does fine but the game is no where finished as we have 3 modules and the beta before the full game release. So really we have no clue if medium build PC's will run the full game.
