You can play instruments and also form a band but it is up to the players to do so and yes you can play at the concert hall by renting it out etc and also becoming famous is up to the players to get known. There is no game mechanic which pays you etc. and so it is up to you to ask for payment.

You will be able to rent servers at full release. There will be a control panel which will be the way of changing setting for your server.

Can you run Arma 3? GTA V? or ARK? Also, if you notice/ read here on the highest pledge rewards (Kickstarter) You will see that a Semi-Truck is also included and so we have a definate answer to those in the game. If they add in extra islands it will be a DLC as it was said. You can steal boats likely as you can steal cars, you can drive all the boats including the Yacht's, Also it would be a longer but easier way to avoid being robbed or stopped by cops if wanted etc.

You can switch the RV between the Meth Lab and being drive-able but you cannot have it drive-able while it is a Meth lab! You will need to find an area and set it down as a Meth lab in which once a meth lab, you cannot drive the RV. So be wise about where you set it down to cook meth!!

With the white-listing on Careers as listed, are you going to be turning off the system the Official servers have on? because that system will not allow people to Random arrest people as you must be guilty to actually be arrested on Official servers. Will you be keeping the stress system active on your server, the stress system is to prevent RDM on the server in any case but having the rules and monitoring it will also help.

Workers for a company are not paid by salary, but when they do an interaction that would earn money, they get money and the company takes a cut.

Marijuana is not legal all over the US and so this won't happen. You as a player can do this but it is not a job and so really it already exists in the game, a player just has to form the team or make a race and fund it somehow etc.... These I am sure one will be possible at least but both are likely possible. You as a player can loan money, but it will be hard to enforce getting it back!
