Hey there, There will be Official servers on Identity and then there will be Private/ community servers. Official servers are open/ public, while those who choose to rent a private server for friends or there community will be able to make their server white-listed or locked by their own choice. You cannot buy a server box and host a server off of it or even host from your own equipment, and so you must "Rent" a server from a server provider chosen by Asylum Entertainment. Yes, you need to pledge $15 for (Full game Pre-order) or $30 to get Full game and Access to modules and Beta. Prices likely will double and the Citizen pledge could go to the full game price which will be around $45 meaning Beta and module access being higher.

You can rent servers at full game release but for modules and Beta the servers will be only Official ones. The main language for all Official servers will be English and will be hosted in US, EU and possibly Asia. If you want to create/ are looking for a French language server, you will have to either rent one yourself at full release or find a community specific to that Language. Official servers, English Only but Private servers are given that choice for specific languages they can set. e.g. the person who rents the server chooses language used. 1. That trailer is very old and so it likely has changed but could have stayed the same. 2. no you don't have to go to school for a job but on the other hand you must complete a tutorial at a educational place to become qualified as a cop on Official servers but Private servers can have the choice to make you apply or only select players can become such people. 3. They look similar to real life cars but have slight differences including names of the cars etc. 4. The progress bar won't go to 90%, it will only go up once the 1st module is out and so it will go straight to 100%

The devs didn't build that leader board but actually that came with the software they are using for the site and it was added with an update. They just never deactivated it after that update.
