Well I am sure if you can read in English then you will be fine but it is up to you if you want to start playing before the full game in the modules and beta. But you can use / type in English, it just means all the interfaces will be English only until the full game releases and not in other languages In conclusion if you can read in English and not talk/ write then you will still be ok to join in early because you can chat to people in your own language in the servers.

Official servers will not essentially have rules and will have systems in place of rules and so there is no such thing as RDM or NLR. However when you die you will not be able to spawn within a 1km range of that location and will have to travel to that location which will take time. As for RDM, a system which is known as the stress system which prevents random killing, if you want to learn more about this system then you can go look at the twitch clips directory or the answer can be found in the FAQ Extended likely too. Community servers are rented and so the person who rents can choose what the rules are there as they will be able to enforce rules on their server more easily.

I think/ believe it will have most languages from the EU, Scandinavia and probably Russia. I am not sure what other languages there will be.
