March 21st is when Module 1 releases and You will be able to buy it but when the new website launches before that date, prices will be significantly higher and most and if not all pledges above the "Founder" pledge will be gone. The game will cost likely its full retail price which is roughly $45 and Founder which includes the Beta and the modules will be higher than the game price. However no prices are confirmed but the full retail price will be around $45 and so it could potentially go that high for just the citizen package! You can buy it before or after but you won't get these prices for much longer. It is not on steam yet and so it must be bought on this website's store page. This is not kickstarter. If you want a french only server, then Official servers are not the ones you will get one for but you can find a French only community/ private server. Official servers will stay "English Only".

Actually, it is set to every 4 weeks not a single week. This is to give some leeway on vacations etc. but allowing people to pay it offline would mean people might just do that and never return meaning no on can use the house or no one else has a chance to use it.

You can con people on in game money, yeah sure but con man on getting real money, is a ban offence. If you need a game to profit from then "Second Life" is something with that. So How would you think that you can convert your in game money to real money because if you notice, the packages on the thing would cause problems with a system like that. Asylum should not be paying anyone with any system and well you can't pay to get money in the game because that is "Pay 2 Win" which would ruin the game altogether.

When the new website launches in January sometime, is when prices will change, most packages likely all packages above "Founder" will be gone or changed in some way. The current packages above the "Founder" package likely will never make it on steam.

As it was said above, this will never be done or be allowed. This is game would turn into something for people to try and hoard money for real life and well people would play to make real money and not for fun and so is a terrible Idea. In my opinion it should never happen. It won't be allowed and likely if someone tries to earn money by a con then it likely will lead to a ban. (not certain on it)

No rules specifically other than no hacking/ cheating/ exploiting/ glitching and likely a few other things but no rules such as RDM and no nothing hass like been particularly released yet. Officers can only arrest when someone has been flagged for committing a crime and it will not register someone stalking other players because it will be too much resources wasted for such a thing.

1. Is a no as you will only have so many tools to do things in the house. 2. That goal has changed for player count and will be between 300 - 500 players per server. However, house count won’t be the same as the player count and so the houses will be fewer in number. 3. The Town Square module will include all the social things in the game mainly but will have no cars or guns but as it will be updated very frequently at some point for that module, the devs will add in the police gun range where you’ll be able to go to and shoot the guns etc like the ones you have seen (pistols) 4. There will be many cars and there will be many different types likely I am very sure. 1. I know you can go and sell things at a sort of market but not sure if players can rent space out at it. And so I can’t say for this one.

You won't be able to get arrested for stalking on official servers and so you would be able to do it harmlessly until those people put a hit on you.
