Private server communities will surely feature different languages for specific ones, but Official servers being English only makes it easier for everyone to have the same common language as well as it is easier to moderate generally.

You will likely be able to sell them to a chop shop pc but you cannot keep the car as your own. If you leave the car unoccupied then it will Despawn and return to the owners garage.

Police is a career and it is structure and not "Divisions" as you get paid using in game systems etc. This idea is good but IMO does not fit "Realism" into it and that is what this game is going for.

To make the scenario more realistic, after full game release not town square. If the server is full then you cannot join that server, if you have money etc. then it will go with you to server #2 and same with the pledge apartment and pledge car etc. You will have to re-buy the furniture on server 2 and re-decorate that apartment on server 2 also. You will not get a reserved slot and no not all of your things done on server 1 will transfer/ save to allow you to have it on server 2. If you have a house bought on server 1 then you will not get it on server 2.

As I just said, well you don't get a house in any pledge and only apartment, in which apartments are not rent-able. The VIP pledge package only gets the 2 bedroom apartment in which was the one in the "Housing customisation" video. A studio apartment is as far as I am aware is more of a Big open apartment/ just a bathroom being separate and not anything else. So if this that I assume is correct that means only the owner can live there! With the "HomeOwner package" you get a 1 car garage. Also you will get to try out the apartments and the customisation in the "TS module", however in Beta, you will be able to use/ both the car and apartment which is after all 3 modules get released and then the in the full game too.

I would say your sort of setting would be more "Semi-Serious" as it brings to administration and rules being enforced. It is similar setting to Casual, but with more staff enforced rules as well as more RP in general. I am fine as I will be joining my friends server and helping out there, but that doesn't mean I won't pop over to see what each and every other server is like.

No, I said Beta which is after all 3 modules and well basically most of the game will be complete at that time but the Beta is when you will experience the Jobs and most other parts of the game as the Beta will be Feature complete. The Modules are just small portions and will only give certain areas/ parts of the game to experience.

If you get one of the latest CPU's and one of the GTX 10 series, you should be fine as all the new GPU's can handle most games; however there is no confirmation/ real benchmark/ testing results as of yet and even if there was, they would not be accurate for the full game as because the development of the game is no where near the full game completion.

I have a question, if it is just like the official servers which will be "Casual RP" then how comes it has "Serious Real Life RP" on the image? I only mention this as because Casual RP is not a Serious setting and Serious RP has more of a setting with RP. But good luck with the server and I hope it goes well!

Beta is TBD, Module 1 to 3 must release first. Also it is a closed Beta as you only can get in when you got the "Founder $30" or above pledges.Module 1 releases 21st March. Module 2 and 3 = TBD, Beta = TBD and Full game release = TBD.
