There won't be such, "IF" the game gets dlc Islands, then you will likely will be able to go on the planes and interact but the flight will be all automated and not player controlled! There is only one airport on the island and well if there was air vehicles then people would kamikaze and also just land anywhere which is also not what is wanted. It skips out the interaction on the ground with you having to stop at traffic lights, get caught in traffic jams and interactions with people crossing the road.

You can swim with out the diving suit but also will need to likely get air without one as otherwise the suit is pointless to say the least. 3. The trucking is going to be a player made business and so if they owner of the business asks for such then, it is something but otherwise it is not a mechanic in the game I believe. 5. There are fishing rods, nets etc. There might be a bit of water in-land like lakes or rivers but not too sure and there is no source on what fish there will be!

This will still be abused and well it will never be balanced particularly because police have that advantage anyways and the devs won't change the fact they want a clear distinction between Cops and Criminals and that is certainly why undercover cop is not in the game. The point where you have it perfect for real life. However, there is no "Plain Clothed Officers" including "Undercover Officers" as also when off duty if you act and kill in Identity, you will be wanted for Murder regardless to if you are a police officer acting in a emergency. The devs want to keep a clear distinction between "Cops and Criminals/ Civilians" and so the Officer when On duty has a uniform. He cannot arrest or kill in situations of emergencies and claim a "on call" status. He won't be paid for being Off duty and well we cannot have it where people abuse the situation byy going like they are undercover and acting in plain clothes because that is to one sided.

On Official servers when in-game. You go to a educational building, do a little tutorial which acts as your qualifications for Law Enforcement and then you go to the Police station and sign up as a police officer. To go on duty you go into the locker room in the Police station and get changed into the police uniform. To go off duty, you go back into the station locker room and change into your normal clothing.

When your sentence is over e.g. 45mins you get the choice to stay in prison or leave! and so you can have a life inside prison for one of your characters!!!! Indeed, 45 minutes is max right now but before it changes there needs to be testing!

This was already asked and the devs said that they won't like let private servers control this aspect. e.g. making homes not a invite only entry.
