On Official servers, it likely will not be super high (IMO) while on private servers it can be changed by the Administrator of the server like many other things can be changed. Beta is when we will be able to experience near enough the full game, including and not limited to the full game map, careers/ jobs and prison/ Jail! @SunDiegoWhen you get arrested, dependant on the crime, minor or major. You will be taken to Jail if Minor. (Jail = about 10 mins currently for testing) and Major crimes means you get taken to prison (Major crimes = 45 mins max for testing). You can request a court trial if you have been taken to prison, and you hire a lawyer or speak your case in the court room. The Jury is picked at random and will then vote to whether you are guilty or not. If you leave when in jail or prison, when you log back on the server, you will still be in prison/ jail. Your jail/ prison time will pause and only will count down the timer when in the game server. In the twitch clip directory, there are a few clips upon this subject/ question. After 1 week from when the new website launches, the packages above founder will be removed and the remaining ones will increase in price. There will however different individual pledge items separated from packages like apartments and vehicles.

The payment Service Provider finally got back to Paratus and so they now can make progress onto the website.

It goes, first 3 modules, then Beta and then the Full Game, like @ECorp said, there is not money or jobs in the Modules and will come in the Beta. Yes a wipe will happen between Beta and the full game and again like @ECorp said everyone will get to start on equal footing and that is a reason for the wipe.

There will be a Town Square trailer with the new website launch and so hopefully by next week if everthing goes well. However we have no clue when the new website will launch as the CC company only just got a message back to Asylum. However we know that progress for it is slowly moving onfor it.

In a way yes, You can get a package and after 1 week of the new website being live, the packages higher than "Founder" will no longer be available but different/ single pledge items will be their so you can choose the apartment you want, however it will be a higher price to get such single items. But also remember pledge before the packages get removed because the Founder and Citizen packages will increase in price when the others are no longer for sale.

1. Mix 'n' Match thing you mentioned will be something soon. If you get say the rusted car package, when the new shop comes with the new website there will be options for separate pledge items ( at a Higher price) for singular items and so you will be able to get an apartment separate from your pledge package. I will give screenshots of what we have seen so far of the pledge vehicles. You however cannot choose with the bulk packages to watch vehicles you get. The devs won't focus on a popular aspect and also there are careers and jobs. Government things ar the careers and the jobs are player made but these polls are quite good for statistics.

If you pledge for the Citizen pledge then you will get a steam key when the full game releases and if you get Founder or above, you will receive a steam key when the 1st Module is available. Modules, Beta and then Full Game. Your progress will not carry over to the full game, however the character will not either because by full game release their will be more features to customise on your character and so the devs don't want you to miss out on those new features and so you will have to recreate the character. In the full game there will be a server browser where you will be able to pick the server you play on. All Official servers are linked however you won't get the same house on a server you have not bought it on and only the one you have it on. If you have an apartment then it carries over however you will have to re-decorate your apartment again if you switch servers.
