They still need to do some testing on older hardware, in order to determine any minimum requirements. I don't think the CPU is the problem in here, because they seem beastly enough to me (with 4 cores for the 4000 series and 8 cores for the 8000 series), and the RAM should be good. For the GPU, I did some search, and the GTX 1050 TI seems to have a slightly higher benchmark score than the GTX 960. I have a GTX 960M in my laptop, but I wouldn't be surprised that we would run the game on low or perhaps medium settings.

Modules: No money, everything available in the modules will be free ($0). Any progress will not be transferred to beta and full game. Beta and full game: Starting money ($1000), but just enough to get you started. Other players will quickly get ahead of you if you don't get any earnings.

The biggest issue with security "companies" like these is when it comes to firearm usage. What happens when someone pulls out a gun, his character will become fully stressed instantly. If you kill someone... that's murder, regardless of if you were defending yourself or not. But I think seeing a few armed guys could discourage people with bad intentions at some extent.

I mean I know some people doesn't want to get pulled over, but that is by far the best option. Tickets isn't very expensive, unless you're really poor and want to take a little trip to a small jail for a few minutes. As for logging off the game, well your character will still be "online" and just make it easier to get caught. How long, might depend for what you've done (flagging system for small and big crimes). It is likely that your car and character will remain on the server for a little period of time regardless of what you're doing, then your car will be sent back to the garage (for server performance reasons). There's not a whole lot of information concerning that matter, but the developers certainly doesn't want people to easily escape from their crimes by simply logging off.

To clear things out about dying, you will lose everything BUT your clothes and personal accessories. So let's say you had a gun, a full suit with a watch, and $10k in your pockets, the gun and money will "drop". I mean your body is there and other people can steal that drop (but probably isn't legal either). I'm not sure if you'll be able to reclaim your lost items though if nobody took it.

I'm not sure if NASCAR will be a thing in this game, nor if you'll be able to form racing teams, but I hope something along those lines will be possible. Nice job and looking to see our company on race car paint jobs.

If that's all you have to say... I don't know what you ate today, but you certainly didn't like what I've said. Let's be clear, my argument is that if the developers doesn't want to focus in adding nudity in this game, then it's their choices after all. So if you want nudity, you still have other games you can play, like Conan Exile, The Witcher 3, etc. I have never said to leave Identity, did I? I was just informing you that Identity won't focus in nudity, but that other games can satisfy you if you want that. Thing is, there might be a chance to have modding support in the far future, and you know what that means if they ever decide to do that. On a side note, I don't think it was very nice to just throw that my reply was a sign of immaturity. The point of a discussion is to provide true information, constructive criticism or opinion, as long as it doesn't end up in flaming.

If you want nudity, there's plenty of games for that. Identity is about cops, criminals, business, and interacting with other players. If the developers doesn't want nudity, that's their choice.

The good news I was mostly wanting: Town Square did NOT get delayed! "We're working on getting new animations entirely" That's really nice, really looking forward to see those new animations! "We've been putting a lot of time into polishing and enhancing character creation and customization" Well I can see that in the screenshot, which looks neat. "The new website will have all sorts of shop options for you to check out, but one of the more interesting aspects will be our development tracker" I'm curious about those new shop options, I hope it's not only individual pledge reward items. But the development tracker is one of the thing I'm really looking for, that way we will be more up to date with their progress. Town Square is coming really soon guys and girls. After a few years of waiting.

Yeah you'll get some effects for consuming alcohol and drugs. You might even need to go to detox if you have an addiction problem. Or else you'll get bad effects for not consuming the drug in question you're being addicted to.

The only Twitch clip that talks about hairstyles do mention 5 hairstyles for women and 4 for men at launch, while they'll add more continuously. As for the stockings, I doubt you'll be able to get them at TS launch, but perhaps in future updates or when full game will be released. Who knows...

Hey and welcome! There is indeed a lot of possibilities when the full game will release, and they plan to add more and more with updates. As for what I want to do, the main thing I'll do will be to deliver goods within the delivery corporation I'm already in (Velocity Logistics). Well as the game isn't out, the corporation is just virtual, but it's the planning and making new relations that matters. Also, I'll be doing some basic stuff like resource gathering (logging, mining, farming), and doing some road trips too.

@sarahd094 I think pets will come out after some updates after full game release, but they will only be in apartments and houses. Nothing fancy like a caracal or a fox. Then they plan to make it so you can take them out, and add K9 units too.

It is confirmed that there will not be any form of economy in the Town Square module. Everything like food, clothes and decorations in your apartment will be offered for free to mess around. Although, that will not transfer to the full game, as obviously it is like cheating stuff in. You will not lose your pledge rewards, worry not. For drugs, I'm not 100% sure, but I doubt it'll make it on day one. Although, I'll quote a line from the Town Square about page: "Popcorn for a movie, coffee and beer, or maybe something not on the menu ". It makes me think there might be less than legal things, but that we will have to discover...

I think you meant 2018, we're in 2018 right now. The official date used to be the 21st of March, but is now the 23rd of April, which is just roughly a month later. Hang tight, as this will just be the first module. The second and third module should take less time than the first one.
