Not necessarily. Release day is still huge for reviews and generally when you make most of your money. While you can make a crap game good post release (BF4 is a good example) it will never live up to what it could have been, had it been near perfect on launch.

I think the people should be allowed to ask questions directly to the candidates in Discord, and the debate can be recorded and uploaded to YouTube. I certainly have some questions I want to ask about the structure and functionality of each Party's proposed government, how they plan on preventing totalitarianism, as well as what they plan on doing with all of the tax dollars they will be collecting (hopefully funding police, judges, ems, firefighters, and any other organization that needs to be a non-profit).

Too much work to implement, and has a minimal effect on game-play. Maybe show the character holding the item and have it teleport into place, but anymore than that is just unnecessary work.- 5 replies

They were planning on doing this kind of stuff from the start. It's even in their RP servers. I think this is more a problem with your government being censor happy and less a problem with the game and it's portrayal of drugs. -

See, here is what I think you're missing. Identity is a video game. That means the government doesn't need to fund a military, education, social security, welfare etc etc. Most people in the game are going to be fairly rich. ANY form of income tax, is a stupid idea because no one wants money cut out of what they make, and the government doesn't NEED the money to fund anything. Don't create taxes just for the sake of taxes. Create them because you actually need the money to fund something. Edit: The first comment was RP btw. Sorry if you got ticked off for real.

Excuse my french, but fuck your tax plan. At 80% tax, I'd rather be poor than work my ass off running my business. Adjust the values to be more in line with something that doesn't make me want to leave the country and take my money with me.

From what i've seen, they have to entertain their audience, which mostly means being "funny" So no, generally they aren't that serious. At least the really popular ones at any rate. -

They stopped using them because of lawsuits. It's cheaper to let the robber steal the money than to have a teller get shot for trying to slip one in.
