If he's referring to policies within a police department that's different. It's true, there are policies that state unless you believe they are armed and dangerous you should wait for a female but there's really no way to prove your state of mind in game (differs from state/department). Also, not sure how IA (internal affairs) will work in game to accommodate these violations.

I've been a police officer for 7 years in LA county (California). Looking forward to working with some good people on game, once it's out.
