  1. Police Department

DTF would be a cool thing to be head of. I've worked with the undercover DTF on a couple of operations. Was an eye-opener for sure. Lil Fish for head of DTF or Captain! Lol
  2. Police Department

Well some agencies contract their officers out to federal agencies as well. They technically are employed through their dept but with the duties of a federal agent. Not sure this game will go that far into detail. lol
  3. Police Department

I think I read somewhere there may be a DEA spot or something like that. I'd like to reserve a spot as a Captain or head of DEA. Just in addition, you usually only have deputies if it's a Sheriff's dept.
  4. Quick Question About Theatres

I believe all movies before 1932 are public domain. Also, copyrights last 75 years as long as they are renewed. (Not for sure, but it may be 95 years now, thanks to Disney's Mickey Mouse being created in 1928. Disney always seems to... sway people to extend copyright limitations making Mickey Mouse now public domain as of 2023 [unless changed again].) I think most people are thinking these movies will be more up-to-date when in reality, that would cost way more money than Asylum would be willing to spend.
  5. Experienced Police Officer

I completely agree, I wasn't trying to say that it should only be experienced POs. I think people with no real experience can still play a great role in ideas from another point of view and things like that. The only thing you said that makes me wonder is about the experienced role players and what worked in the past. I agree in a way, but also think this game seems to be different than others and may not be able to base it on what's worked in the past. But... we won't know until it comes out! Lol. I thin as a community, we have some cool stuff going for us all.
  6. Experienced Police Officer

I myself am also an LEO in the STL area near where the Ferguson riots were. I've had to go to riots, drug raids, pursuits, resisting arrests, and undercover jobs as well. I think it would be cool to have a team of real-life LEOs start the thin blue line in the game to help others understand how such a tightly knit community works even when you don't know each other personally. I'm not saying I know everything, because you Military guys are in a different world than me. lol, but it's nice to meet you all and I look forward to playin some Identity with you all.
