@LionKingGamer HairyGrenade answered the question above, but I believe that at the same time is enough. Search the forum and you will notice this question has asked a lot. They said also they will try and make it so low end pc's of this generation be able to run identity.

I think he means so when you look in the sky, you will randomly see a plane in the skies distance (Devs can just make like a light image) to make it look real.

The Devs stated no planes for a good reason, they dont want to make the island feel small and they want players to interact with each other, but they stated that they are thinking about a possibility of adding they at a later time after release. Also you come in from a train, when you first start out.

I like the idea but there is one factor that you will never change and that is people will always use ts or Skype even if they are using the in-game your suggesting.feature.

I am sure they responded as "no" to running dedicated servers from your pc, but also they are not thinking about it, they said that you will be able to run your own community servers, as the devs mentioned they would love to see a community server more popular than their official servers. Also there are more than likely going to be a community server where its for Germans only. (ps - i made a post about what type of server people would have My Post )

Like if you hit a certain amount of money will you implement more things, but its more of if you hit say $300,000 what will you implement extra a such? usually devs put stretch goals for their pledgers. @Paratus @Motown

Yes there is property tax, when you log off over night you will not lose the house but obviously if you dont join the game after a while you will lose it if you dont pay the rent. The rent will carry on with real time within the game. So say a month in game is like say 1 week, the rent will be weekly.

This is close except that you missed the part that if you dont come on the game to pay rent then you will lose the building.
