1. I am not sure that there will be a build mode for it, 2. You cannot change the exterior of the house only the interior the devs confirmed.

Please use the search bar before asking a question because most questions have been sked multiple times. Also there is no set date given and so no one can give good time, just be patient and hope it comes out in a month or 2.

When you are on an official server I think stuff will carry over, but with private servers if you join one and then join another you won't have the money or things that you had on the other server e.g. character will be reset. 2. apartements might be carried over if you had it from your pledge, but houses and apartments that are bought in game with in-game money wont go over on unofficial servers.

How is that being rude? also First of all, this game is only in one main genre and so not as many people will play it, ( I know its your opinion/ hopes) but pretty much different games have the different genres and this game covers a little of them and so will not beat other games like you say. Secondly, the part in bold is impossible as and it makes no sense.

On the official servers they are all linked. private servers wont be.

Well, if they have the heli on a official server then they cant go to a community server with it, but they can go on a different official server.

Well I guess I do want helicopters because they would be fun to have, but I think there may be a troll who comes a long and will just crash the helicopter into something and also I dont want anything like a air vehicle with weapons otherwise it will start turning into GTA. a Passenger helicopter/ news helicopter, Air Ambulance, and I guess police helicopters. But there should be a max 1 helicopter per city e.g. 1 police heli, and 1 air ambulance. I guess so, but I'd rather have helicopters added in the future which will add a new job also and there has to be a test like a driving test to it. Highly unlikely, because I would think that people will see a helicopter infront of them and they would pull away from the collision I guess, but in the future they can add it as a dlc which includes a new job police pilot etc.

Everything other than the quoted part I like and think is a great idea but this part probably would be exploited a little, but also what if "the guy" gets a friend to sign in or if he goes on family share to just pay the rent? and then gets off.

I think the official servers will all be casual rp because it will be easier to moderate.

1. For every bedroom in the house / apartment, 1 person can live there. eg. if you have 2 bedrooms, you and 1 friend can live there... 2. Yes you can add people to access so you could invite people to have a house party or give certain permissions to help say decorate the place. 3. On each server a house is Unique, meaning only 1 person can own it on that single server, but on each different server I am sure 1 person can own that house on each different one. like e.g. I own a house on server #1 and then you can own that same one on server #2. Apartments are as a instance and so your apartment will be on every official server. @HairyGrenade @DJScias this should be in the questions area.

If you mean a Local hosted server, then you can forget it as they already said you wont be able to have a local hosted server because of how their server structure is and so you will have to rent a server from a host provider.

I believe that the drinking will probably have that effect, as they want to have realism to things and so I guess if you smoke a joint and get high, you will also feel effects but I am not sure whats effectswill occur.

Well trolls are not just 12, they are at any age. I agree that those admins will be a big problem to different servers, but there are going to be community made servers and where there will be different rules and different administrative teams as they most likely won't be just recruited lightly. Also I am sure that if something like this had happened and the admins banned falsly then I am sure the owners would do something about it/ also will review the case again. Also if you don't want to donate anymore to this dev team with Real Life money, then don't no one is forced to donate and you are not forced to stay to help or be in the community.

On the official servers no one knows if/ what the limit will be on each server, but I can tell you that on community servers, the owner will be able to most likely choose the limit for example I might have a limit of max 85 cops or 25 paramedics, 25 firefighters and 50 cops.
