Well, it won't be as because better names but I am sure the name will be chosen with a long time of thinking about it. I don't believe they will just straight up and name it like the community would do. They want to make the name of the Island special and well worth it. Also Roseport, like tom said is probably the name of the 1 city, which all the cities have names already I think, but districts and the island name have not been mentioned yet. The devs said that you will be able change nearly all settings with your private server. So it will mean you can make the earning money extremely hard or extremely easy. They have not mentioned whether or not private server owners could give money for donators but I am going to guess it will be a feature with giving money, cars, apartments and accessories.

If it was a single judge and no jury then you would have biased judges. e.g. I am judge and my friend is on trial for murder, I give him a short sentence for his crimes because he is friend. It would be annoying. Random picked players for the jury means that there is a possibility that a friend of the convicted will be in the jury. Ok, but if we balance the system by having the applicants going on the forum then that would not allow anyone a chance of being picked and whats the fun in knowing who will be the jury and who pretty much to bribe or even send people to kill them(assassinate the jury) 1 by 1 to stop themselves being found guilty.

No, the jury are picked at random by a Automated process on the official server I believe.

but also you forget that it costs a lot of money to have the brand names added a such, in which they most likely will re name the cars like GTA has.

Well there will be hopefully a bit of everything, because it gives a variety of range and well having just those pricey cars would be shit because in real life you see shit cars, ok cars, old cars, modern cars, new cars and expesive cars.

Well if you talk to the player after he respawns then you need to stay on a casual rp server because that will be the level of rp you do.

Then why would you suggest it ? That breaks the rules of NLR because if someone dies, they cant speak to the living as the person who died. I think that they will have it on a timer for the body to de-spawn and well if the cops dont get to it in time then there would be nothing else they could do... but maybe the timer will reset when the police get to the body and also extend a little.

They announced that the game will not be on xbox or playstation (console) but after PC release they will research about it. PC release is not until Early 2017. PLEASE for heavens sake can you use the search function in future before posting as many questions have already been asked multiple times and well its annoying, Thank you!

If you get shot not "shoot" then you will be able to limp away if you don't get shot in the head or any major areas, but you will most likely have to go hospital to get the wound fixed/ healed.

The town spquare is not the whole game but only a standalone part of the game. Be Patient. I believe A lot of people have been waiting from the start of the kickstarter and they are waiting patiently.
