I would just about agree with most of what you suggested, but I would say a admin/ mod only feature unless the owner sets it otherwise or it can just automatically update itself?

They won't be able to change those types of features your asking about, they will only have the ability to change default income, taxes, starting money, and other things but not nothing to do with car handling. Why would anyone want to even change the car handling, its going to be realistic and thats what is expected by everyone. Also player made mod modding is not going to be implemented unless they decide after the game has released in the future. but its a no to player made mods atm. If you want shitty car handling, go GTA V. Because guarunteed if you prefer arcade driving instead of realiism then this game ain't for you. But I am sure if you change the handling on the vehicles on your own server, I guess you won't get barely anyone and it will probably be empty as everyone I think who bought this wants realism. -
Totally you both pretty much summed it up, I am too patient and well I really want to already play the darn game. Devs, we don't want you to rush anything but can you please maybe communicate to the community more because we deserve that much to be honest! maybe make a video of some of the content give us a inside view and when you have finished the other feature add it to the video and make the video public. I do think it would be great to let community see the video first.

Most likely won't happen like @Raffen said, but it would deffinately be quite cool if it were an event of some kind.

I answered this for you on your other thread and also stop cluttering up tthe forum. They said only one character per server I think, but I am sure it would be cool if they give the server the option to allow 2 characters or not for private servers then that would be great.

Seriously, Please use the search function and also if you saw/ looked at the trailer, you would know this type of job is already apart of the game and don't need to be suggested. My point is you don't do research before posting.

Apartments get garages, but they did state that there will be mansions in the map and I hope it will come with a plot of land too.

in-game purchase Money

They said on twitter that they possibly will only do cosmetic stuff and not money or apartments a such. Also they stated if they don't allow in-game micro transactions how will they keep the official servers paid for. You will probably from people buying the the game, well also they need the alternative too so that they will have a way to get money through the players who make in-game purchases and who buy the game. If you don't want to see people buying things at all, I am planning on hosting a serious-hardcore server and which I am not giving out any items/ rewards for donations. All the donations I get will just keep the server up and running and all they will give is a tag on the scoreboard (if implemented). -
I think they may already have said that there would mining but can't remember if they did or not.

Oh yeah I totally agree with you kickapoo, just one thing is I have pre-ordered bf1 and probably will get the new COD too. Idk, I just get it to play now and then when have nothing else to play/ bored of playing the same games all the time. Also I will probably buy it just to get COD 4

To add to this: In your house you can grow small quantities of drugs and also its a spawn location, you can invite people in and have a house party? It is also a place for peace as because no one can ruin your roleplay emersion as no one can enter without permission.

I think it will probably have a club which can be owned by a player and made into a sort of thing but there won't be any nudity in the game.

No its just apart of it and is a main feature but really is not what its about. Herzog has been following the game for a time so i agree with him/ I know he is right and yes it has cops & robbers at heart but its more a life simulator and the main game is about interaction and socialising with other players hense why they don't want planes because if planes were added, the player interaction would be less and same with helicopters. -
With the buildings part - They said pretty much all buildings will be able to be entered.
