The next morning, Lucious was live on every news network imaginable. It was hard to see due to the dim lights, but Lucious had the terrorist in cuffs, heading to his car. His daughter was walking alongside him holding her father’s camera. After a quiet drive the Identity Prison, Lucious called Marie.

“I’m not giving him the money, if I do he’ll just keep liquidating me and the rest of the community until we have nothing. He’ll own me! I’m meeting him alone with the money, but I’ll be the only one walking out conscious. I’ll call you can’t alert law enforcement while he has my daughter. I’m going to save her and this island!” - Lucious

Lucious pulls up to Marie’s place and fills her in...Brian was invited but seemed extremely busy!

Lucious felt embarrassed, he then answers his phone from an unknown callers - the terrorist! After what felt like hours of a call, Lucious gets in his Bentley Mulsanne and meets with the terrorist...alone. A deal was set! If Lucious gave the terrorist 1,000,000 dollars within 3 days and met him at that same location alone to exchange the money then the terrorist would leave. If Lucious didn’t follow through, his daughter Lilo would be murdered. Lucious left to consult a plan.

“Instead of sitting here with our people on the front lines let’s go get these Osama Bin Ladins ourself! Let’s go Brian!” - Lucious Brian follows and they all meet up outside the terrorist known location. Lucious and The Royal Family posted in charge of communications between everyone including the Identity citizens, while Marie and Brian do what they do best!

“7 wounded, 2 dead. The Royal Family has sent out 4 teams to two locations known for the terrorist to be located.” - Lucious

Lucious then gives a slight grin, but Brian stands up and ask “are 3 people not better than 2?”

In here I note was the Governor is currently allowed to do, however, Government is one of the last aspects of the game that will be established. Several ideas and so forth are still being taken as far as the Government goes.

When she arrived, there were 2 familiar faces already in the room - Lucious Times and Brian Hamilton!
