Hmm, good point, I didn't think that one through. I was thinking like if someone were roleplaying as a person with a different voice than their own.

If there aren't going to be work shifts, then how will working at a career actually work? I wouldn't mind being at a in game job for a little while. I am playing this game for a realistic life simulator.

It would be neat if you would actually go to a car dealership and shop around. And then a salesman (played by a real person of course) would come out to hassle you and convince you to buy the expensive model with the engine that will die as soon as you "drive off the lot".

I suppose you have a point. I was thinking I would check in/out guests and it would probably have staff that did cleaning and maintenance. It could be possible that the hotels work differently than apartments or houses in that there be some sort of benefit to staying there and perhaps some of the other housing rules like you mentioned would be different. Temporary lodging while you are moving between areas? I don't know. I just like hotels and I enjoyed working at them. It could be a bad idea though for this game. But I would still enjoy it, even if it was just generic npcs that were the guests.

That's just a closed minded assumption. Why do you have an issue with that but not anything else in this kind of game? Why is it specifically being a different gender when most people are going to roleplay a different life anyway? Shouldn't that also be "sad and weird?"

I would ask this same question. It's a roleplay game. Why limit people's imagination to their real life sex? I guess it's a matter of opinion but I don't see an issue with it at all.

I imagine buying a factory will be expensive. And they said that earning money will not be super easy. The social hub module will only include that which is listed on the page. The social activities in Town Square. Probably won't be much buying properties or things like that. Just character creation and socialising with other players in the various areas around the town.

I plan to roleplay sort of like myself, since that would be really easy. I would try to stay out of most crime activity as best as i can. Probably just try to find a good job that I would enjoy, hang out in social areas and... whatever else comes up.

Probably just explore the town, try to get a job asap so I can get shelter and transportation. Discover the limitations of what I'm able to do in the game.

I tried it for a little while. I couldn't get into it at all. I really despise turn based attacking and I wasn't much for the bullet hell thing. I love games with an extensive story but I couldn't get passed the attack system.
