No you didn't, otherwise you'd have found this topic a few posts down. From what I hear it can take a while to get the refund, since they're like busy trying to create a game for us. They have issued refunds before even though they're not obligated to, so be patient if it takes months to get it.

I'm pretty sure a cop cant get an option to arrest you until a crime is commited, I could be wrong and I hope I am. I'd love for there to be crooked cops as it would make the game much more interesting.

I dont see why, if you're going to make original creations, you might as well make the brand yours. Otherwise it's like putting someone else's name on your creative work.
