I like your point of view, Cyd And I agree, part of the fun at this stage is anticipation and rp!

Yes Theo, for 30 dollars you get the beta opt in and access to the game once it releases

Seeing all the reactions on this post basically proves my point. Everyone has a certain idea about who's a moderator, who isn't. There's ideas on what is true, what isn't. There's ideas on who SHOULD be writing the truth, who isn't. My two cents in this is just that: There's so many varieties of the truth out there that I sometimes don't know what to believe. I'm not mentioning names simply because I don't want to falsely accuse anyone, on anything. I wholeheartedly believe that there's a few people in our community who are active on social media, who talk with the devs, who hear a lot of things and then tell us. Honestly, I do believe that. But looking at all the posts about all the different kinds of jobs, shops, companies, etc. etc. which I cannot compare to what has been officially promised as actual in-game content, then I feel there's a sense of disconnection between what is actually going to be in the game, and what people HOPE will be in the game, stated as a fact. Fact is that a lot of topics on this forum simply are based on hopes. And nothing more. And it saddens me that people go to great lengths to defend posts like that, where in actuality nothing whatsoever has been promised to be in the game. I think, in conclusion, it would help to let people know that this game (in the current state) is not some form of Second Life; it's not what you make of it. It is what the devs will provide. And that will be a lot, and it will be awesome and I really cannot wait to see it, but it will all be confined to what they deliver.

Please... PLEASE tell me you will sell 40ct stamps for $1.83. #Simpsons.

Well put together, structured, elaborate, and pleasing to the eye (including your logo). I have to admit... well done!

security Job posting for Investment Corporation starting wages $40.00/hr
Xilion replied to ThomasHetch's topic in Board Room
So is it my understanding that you are distributing not only handguns, but rifles and shotguns to civilians with little to no training? Is this a private security company that rents out security to potential clients? If yes, how are you combining this with your (possible) political ambitions? Does this company have any effect on your stance on gun control, as a politician? What will you do with the profits from this company? Kind regards, Barry L. Crow -
I would indeed highly advise against that; a wrongful accusation of one of the esteemed inhabitants of our beautiful island might have dire consequences for, let's say, your career. And obviously, all you can make at this point are wrongful accusations. The people on this forum are simply playing a 'forum game' and have to the best of my knowledge no involvement in any crime family. ( )

mmh.. 5/10. Sounds pretty generic to me; but there's nothing wrong with that as background music (and just for the heck of it, an alternative version, too)

The last thing I want to be is insensitive, but I can fully imagine the ladies working at the club running in to some.. ah.. less desirable situations. Should you need legal representation at some point, remember that the Xilion Law Practise is there for you!

Dear mr. Keys, An interesting website, thank you for sharing. I do have a quick question however. I read the following on your webpage: Am I correct to understand you are putting out a threat against your patrons for a crime they have yet to commit? Kind regards, Barry L. Crow

Might I add to this discussion that the 2nd Amendment is part of American law and as such in no way a template, or interference, with our law. I fail to see how the example made by mr. Padrinho holds any credibility.

Dear Mr Harrybert, I have a few questions concerning your political program: - When you speak of higher tax, can you be more specific? Do you have numbers? Will there be a difference between low-, mid-, and high income? - Liberation of the market: does this include healthcare? - Legalization of drugs: including drugs such as methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin? - When you speak of 'no more surveillance than needed', what in your opinion is a 'needed' level of surveillance ? Kindest regards, Barry L. Crow

So just out of curiosity.. I believe we can only have 1 job in Identity. Why opt for more?

Thanks! The Latin stands for "Truth always prevails". So the latter, more or less Thank you! It's defense. I have had experience in the prosecution (as my first job), but noticed that defense feels more.. eh.. at home, if you will. Sounds interesting! I can't wait to see you in court!

Potentially great business deal for beginning the game
Xilion replied to AlphaWolf13's topic in Board Room
Obviously, this business idea relies largely on trust if you do not make some form of contractual obligation between every partner to share the winnings. I would highly suggest that you create such a contract, to be sure you are not weasled out of your money. Should you require any legal assistance in drafting such an agreement, we are there for you! Kindest regards, Barry L. Crow -
I agree... see, you'd think that reposessing a car would hurt trolling players but in all true fairness.. they probably would laugh at that. Removing them from the game works best.

Hahah, naw it's one of the famous 'confucius say' jokes.. and yes, yes it means just that.

Not my kinda music, but I'll say that I like the bass in it.

"Passionate kiss, like spider's web, soon lead to undoing of fly" - Confucius (Obviously not, but it made me chuckle when I first read it )

Obviously this topic is a bit laden, but I think it's a fair question. An island full of... well.. only guys is hardly realistic ...let alone desirable. We need women! 'cause who else is going to press-iron my shirts >_>

Do I detect an assumption here, mr. Hetch? I do hope you are not implying Mr. Napolitano (Calico henceforth) has underworld ties to any sort of criminal syndicate. Mr. Calico is a perfectly legitimate businessman. Obviously a man of your status and intellect can deduct that the provided proof of your claim is simply the result of a so-called 'forum game', and is in no way credible evidence to say mr. Calico is linked to any form of criminal organization. I am sure you understand that implying mr. Calico will be, as you say (and I quote) "tax evading" can (and will) severely impact your credibility and status as a fair politician. Obviously, this false and henious accusation should not go unpunished as it can lead to an incredible dent in mr. Calico's good name. @Calico Mr Napolitano / Calico, if you need further legal representation concerning this most grievous accusation, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

Is legal representation still required in the Neighborhood? I might be interested. Nothing says hello like a solid, uncontested lien on the house of annoying individual 'x'. That being said: 1) Age? -> 29 2) Location? -> The Netherlands 3) How long have you been gaming? -> Since I was.. 4? ish? 4) Which role do you currently prefer? -> Lawyer / owner of law firm 5) PvE, PvP, or Hybrid? -> Mostly PvE, not scared of having a gun under my desk, just to be sure. 6) How many hours per week do you plan on playing? -> 20-30 6) What is the reason why you want to join? -> If you're good at something... never do it for free. If you are truely good at something, just make sure you're not on your own.

Dear Mr. Smith, I believe I write to you on behalf of the entire working class when I ask how you would see this effectuate when you would be in office. - Would the tax switch be instant? - What other sources of income will you have to keep our roads maintained? - Will you be able to afford adequate police, firemen, and health services, as well as schools with this tax plan? - Will the 3% tax be for lower and middle class only? If yes, what will the higher class tax be set at? What is the justification for this difference? - When you say the tax regulation is the "number one thing" to work on, do you in fact mean tax regulation is more important than, say, gun control? Also, considering your view on crime, you have said the following, and I quote: Are you implying that hacking a personal device is a petty crime in your opinion and should be treated as a minor offense? What of larger hacks? What measurement do you use to define the difference? If put on probation for hacking, does this imply the perpetrator will have their phone confiscated? Or perhaps the device (i.e. laptop or other) which was used to perform the hack? Finally, what would be a maximum sentence? Kindest regards, Barry L. Crow

In the real world this would never, NEVER fly. However, this isn't the real world and in that light I would love to see how this would work out. The temptations of corruption need a strong will to be kept at bay. ...should you need any legal representation at some point, gimme a call, eh!
