They haven't released any specifics about prices of things (That I know of) but all they said is that they will try to make it as realistic as possible.

We will have the Town Square Module up until the Beta Release. We will then have Beta until the Full Release of the game. -

There is no current play-able version of Identity for the public to play. In the next few coming weeks they will be releasing the the Town Square module and you will be able to play that with the Founder Package or anything above that.

Ah, my bad, in that case I am not sure? I'd guess its just the size of any other town or city.

They said it was around the size of the GTA 5 Map I believe. Gives you a lot of things to do and explore.
