Will it be for every character when you start a new one or just for the first character? -
I think it's most of the first city. The haven't confirmed anything, but there will be the main functions of the game in there. But some shops and areas in the playable area will be closed so people can't enter.

95% chance they will be playing on a private server. And if people are watching someone play it, chances are they don't have the game themselves hence they are watching. They will most likely be playing on a twitch server.

Omg, can't you understand? If there is that option to do that, everyone will be doing it. Then it will break emmersion. Anyway, the developers already said that they aren't adding rediculious things that.

Those type of people wouldn't play this game, I am talking about youtubers like frankie, Jeff Favignano, Psi Syndicate. Those people love rp and respect it. There are thousands of youtubers that are the same as them. I watch thousands of videos. I don't mean to be rude, but you are wrong.

Well. Mate. I also live in Australia and the only modded car I see around is the hsv, they only have louder exhausts and low profile tires.
