try to get an automatic gun (or even a deadly gun) in reallife. see? difficult, right? it will be the same in identity because it's a modern styled mmoRPG. however, you can use that guns with the upcoming swat module (battlefield hardline as realistic game).

peoples that won't roleplay in identity will most probably be hobos, try to piss on your character or stay jailed.

next you want ai cars in traffic. what i'Ve read in short: if there is no player, there won't be a ai (replacement). ghost town stays ghost town. here'S an ai example

of course you should be able to carry infinite amount of guns and ammo without belts just inside your body. most realistic thing ever.

@Striker police can see that you want to use a grappling hook just by looking at your outfit (belts etc.). if you're not a police special unit you'll get jailed (basejumping in the downtown?! never)
