When you take a bullet to the leg what happens? Do you stop being able to walk? Start crawling? Shot in the chest do you fall back? What happens?

From what I know if you do a crime, a flag will be on you, this is obviously an invisible flag, so nobody will be able to see it. But anyways cops won't see it either, but it's a reason they can arrest you. So you can't go around arresting innocent people because obviously they don't have flags on em.

What I'm trying to say is Newton's Law applies to the force taken to "propel" the bullet forward. The impact the bullet has once it has reached the target is different.
