I sure hope so! I wouldn't invest in a wheel if I had to constantly go into settings to change from wheel to keyboard. Also, wouldn't be very good for immersion to have to go through settings each time.

I understand where you're coming from, seeing as ARK is very poorly optimized, but I have a mid-tier PC and hardly ever have any issues in ARK. Of course, I was patient enough to tweak all my issues out, but I run on high with 150FPS steady now unless loading in huge base it drops to 60-75. So, the answer to your question is yes, some people really can run ARK

Sorry mate, as of now the devs have said that you won't be able to build your own buildings as a building mechanic would be quite a lot of work to implement into the game at release. However, they haven't said anything about it never happening. @Paratus @Motown, if you happen to read this it'd be great if eventually we could build our own spaces!

@Identity010, like @LuckyDuck said, you aren't forced into doing anything! Most of us want the game to succeed, and in doing so some of us want to help out as much as we can to get the game out there. So basically what he's saying is if you have this mentality you will pretty much force yourself to release some interesting recordings/reviews and things of that nature to do your best with getting the game out there, simply because of how large the YouTube/Twitch community is and how easy it is to get things out there nowadays. However, you aren't forced into any of this!

This is a pretty good idea, would prevent more than a few not needed deaths. So, like Lucky said, typically building a PC is way cheaper than a prebuilt because you aren't having to pay for them to put it together and paying for the manual labor it took them. BUT, that isn't always the case. For example, I bought a prebuilt PC worth $800 for $630 plus tax which ended up at $700ish. That was only because it was refurbished, which you shouldn't ever be scared of unless you're getting it from some random guy. Typically it means they just made sure no malware/other viruses were there and wiped the drives clean of everything, replacing parts if needed. I would link my PC to you but it wouldn't be any help because now it's back at the regular price of $799.99 Thanks again @LuckyDuck for letting me share my information with this guy!
