Welcome back man, I too took a break from the forums a few months back, but I've been slowly coming back for like 2 months now

From what I've heard, it'll most likely be like a more complex and realistic version of Gmod's meth cooking addon.

Honestly I'm completely cool with it. From what I've seen in my few minutes of stopping by the development streams everything is looking quite astonishing actually. Long as the game is amazing by the time it comes out I'm cool with it. Plus Module One is basically gonna be a walking simulator with a few activities in the mix so it doesn't matter too much when module one comes out. The sooner Module One is done though, the sooner we get into the real interesting stuff.

I could see this happening honestly. Or at least from my view it doesn't seem like it'd be too hard to implement. Seems like a simple pre-made animation for the rain/snow/whatever weather could be played when it's raining outside.

For it to be real life, that would mean taking a really long time to get from place to place which I don't see happening, so as of now I'd have to guess the answer is that it will be upscaled to make things go along faster.
