It can't be hard that to get.. If you were really broke 90% of the time it'd take all the fun out of the game, especially since almost everything is bought with in-game cash. @JoelKeys I think it'll be sort of like real life at the beginning. Think about it as if your like 18, and ur grandmaw kicked u out the house but rented u a hotel for a while, and you have to figure out how to make money before you become homeless. Once you get that down (assuming you were smart enough to figure it out, believe me most people cant make money) I assume it becomes a lot easier to live, just manage your money good, save whatever you have extra until you can buy yourself something pretty or something you'll make profit off of. i.e. a company.

@ST_Helios Is there a contract system in the game already that you know of or are you sort of making it up? -

Well, thanks for the guys who've answered this guys question. I was sort of wondering the same thing lol -
ohhh, but are you for sure the company will actually be in this game? What if you are hiring for a company that isnt even gonna be able to be a thing?

You can make companies even though the game isn't out?

Frederick Murray Frederick grew up in Southern Louisiana, in the United States of America. At age 7, Frederick knew he was something special. His mother had always taught him to be a gentleman, and so he grew up to be. You see, Frederick and his mother weren't the richest of families. They often had to stay with his grandmother, or they slept in back alleys. Frederick always knew that once he grew up, he would somehow bring himself out of this poverty, because he didn't want to live that way for the rest of his life. But up until now, Frederick had not found that opportunity. The U.S. Government came to Frederick promising that if he could fulfill one single promise, that he'd be granted a brand new identity, on an island with people he had never met before. This was very appealing to Frederick, as he saw this as an opportunity to make money and get himself out of poverty. Well now, this is where the written story ends, and Frederick's new life begins... Good luck Frederick! Frederick's Personal Information: Name: Frederick Murray Age: 32 Gender: Male Ethnicity: Caucasian Sexuality: Heterosexual (Into the opposite sex/straight) Occupation: N/A! Plans to run his own businesses in order to move up in the world.

I'd like to ask if you'd list the companys/business's we are allowed to make, if that wouldn't take you too long. Or is there like a twitter post or something listing them?

Looking forward to stopping by if you open up a bar. Also, if you'd like to speak about possible business opportunities for the both of us, PM me and we'll have a chat.

EDIT: Nevermind. I'm running my own postal services company.

I really want to play as a random guy at the beginning, and after living poor for a while, (or comfortable, depending on the actions i end up taking) I will end up wanting more. I wanna make a small business at first maybe like a convenience store or something. And then when I've made decent money off that I want to maybe open a chain of convience stores, and maybe even move in to buying companies, working them up from what they already are, and sell them for a decent profit (if buying/selling of companies is even going to be possible.) Maybe I'll even dabble in some crime to get capital (money) for my businesses. You gotta do what you gotta do. Plus being a drug dealer sounds like a really fun aspect of the game

Whats the point of playing then if theres no come up?
