Skyscrapers will most likely be just buildings with apartments. I doubt that you'll be able to own a building as big as this... But maybe.

Probably no commercials since TV will consist of youtube and twitch. Unless you count ads on yt in.

So but You won't be able to record TV shows in game, but you can do that on Twitch or Youtube and advertise them in-game.

There is going to be an automated "Driver license test", but it's more like a tutorial showing an instructing you how to do basic things and not really judging your driving skills.

Governor can change some laws. I doubt the game will be 100% like Constitution on USA, but will probably be based on it to some extent. Police will require a short training on Official Servers, and every branch of police will have some requirements you have to fill before you can join them. Not sure about other 2, will post if I'll find anything.

Of course cities are full of light during night, but there are houses also out in the forest, the mountains, the swamp and more "away from society" places where having few hours long night would be a huge issue.

You can use "inside of your home". You can watch TV, grow drugs, paint, play instruments, cook, sell stuff via the internet... Not really sure what else you want. o:

There definitely will be fridges in game so you can store your groceries in them. Not sure if food goes bad or not.

Yeah, yachts and RVs. But I doubt they'll be treated same as houses or be unique. I think they'd be rather seen as vehicles primarily. Now I wonder if you'll be able to rob them...
