You can get sick if your character is hungry, thirsty or dirty for a longer while, so pay attention to their needs! ! The other way to get sick is by being near a sick person when they cough near you (at least for now). It's very likely you'll get sick by kissing a sick person in the future. You'll probably have to visit a clinic or hospital to either get cured or buy pills you'll have to consume for some time. Or maybe just rest a little longer and eat a chicken soup. No real info about how sickness works or how you cure it yet. ^u^ Your clothes will have no impact on your health!

Say you're running for goverment and you want to get rid of your opponent. Instead of sending a Hitman after him who'd just kill him and he'd respawn few minutes later, you can hire a Kidnapper who could make the other candidate disappear for days! You could kidnap a rich man or woman and ask their spouse for money in order to give them back alive, or you'd keep them in your hideout for who knows how long! You could kidnap a leader of a criminal group or a person close to them to disorgonize the group, or kidnap any member and interrogate them. Kidnapping seems way more fun than simply killing people! ^u^ Oh, and if you role play being a bad guy you could kidnap people to make them work for you!

I think if civilians will be able to get non-lethal weapons rather easily and for a moderate price the items wouldn't be as effective as what police or criminals have.

Once you commit a crime you're flagged and police is probably notified that Crime X was commited and there's a criminal loose, but they don't see people with flags above their heads, unless they're really badly wanted for multiple harsh crimes. I'd assume the only visibly flagged players would be mass serial killers, or maybe also road pirates who destroyed many cars in a short period of time.
