Because there will be no aircrafts and helicopter is an aircraft. They want player interaction to be close, personal and the world to feel big. Aircrafts kinda kill both.

You probably will be able to. There will be some buildings with metal detectors built in that will remove all weapons upon entrance, like university.

It's a cool idea, but I doubt they'll add it to the game before launch. Building a 200km world is like a game itself!

Oh you could sell it for more if you sell it's rare or there's little sellers of the same item on the website. I used to trade Dota 2 items. You could trade 1 0,12 euro item for 2 0,53 euro items and sell each for 2-7 euro few weeks later when price jumps.
