As far as I know you can break out of jail, think they talked about it in an interview. Not sure about jail time getting longer after you went "clear", but it can't be longer than 45 on official servers. Private servers can adjust jail time.

You can go on twitter and ask yourself The map is fairly big with a lot of things to do, and it's only going to grow. They're already thinking about future DLCs that will either add to the current map or be completely new, separate islands.

Nah. I'd find it extremely annoying if my character had it's 2nd own voice, because there's no way it'd sound like mine and it'd drive me crazy if I was talking like "Hi, how are you doing?" and my character would simultaneously go "Hmmm" or something. There'd be weird things like old man with a very elderly, low voice suddenly saying "Ouch!" in a 20-year old higher pitched voice and all of that.

You can't enter someone's house without their permission, so you can't come into his house and shoot him. You're safe when you're in your house, even cops can't access it without your permission (at least at this point). But you also can't hide in your apartment/house when you're wanted.

Your character's voice is YOUR voice. They won't go "Haha" when you type /laugh, you have to laugh, and they won't yawn when you type /yawn, you have to yawn. They move their lips when you're talking through your microphone.
