They have a module dedicated to driving so im pretty sure they will have a lot of work done on it but +1 to that the brake/reverse pisses me off as well -

I get your point but keep in mind this game wants to replicate real life as much as it can and in real life things like driving without a licence would land you in jail.

Not sure what exactly u mean by learning system but im pretty sure there's going to be skills that we can develop, not sure about elementary schools though but I heard rumours of a university where you can develop the ingame skills
