Government will be needed to keep order in the community. There's a reason there are laws. Without order you won't be able to do a quarter of what you want to. And charity and loans? In order for your movement to work how you Invision it to you need to establish some sort of law and tax. It'll fund whatever you wanna do for your community and ensure your community will be satisfied.
