You could get a mask that covers the mouth, which causes you to get winded faster, due to it being harder to breathe, but it leaves much less evidence. Alternatively, if you want to be swift, you could get a mask with an open mouth, which would leave small traces of saliva that are hard to find, but are find-able with an infrared lamp.
