It's a great idea. Maybe down the road, who knows. The only caveat I would say is that the player who is being robbed has to be online. IF they're able to handle the performance issues, otherwise what we have for now will be sufficient.

This may go in the policing subforum, but this is a good spot for it too. Will there will built in laws that cops will have to follow? Who will determine these laws and how they are enforced. For example, speed limit. That's easy enough to put in game, but what about, say, having a gun on you in public/town square? The grey areas as it were. How is that going to be implemented so it will be uniform across every server/police officer?

To answer your question, yes, if you are younger you are less mature. That is biology unfortunately. There are exceptions to every rule, but I like to play numbers, and the numbers tell me 21+ is the way to go. It's nothing personal, and as I said, down the road we will open it up.
