I'm speaking in the sense of crime. If you look at the forums 80% of it is populated by criminal organizations looking to hurt, rob, or sell weapons and drugs. When we remove firearms from people that means they can only use it for hunting and that's about it. I want them to feel protected and safe. And considering this won't be too much of a quiet Island I doubt we'd be able to have that peace. It happened many years ago, he's fine now of course but he nearly bled out.

I support you man. I don't wanna ruin your creativity by any means. I'm just saying don't give up on it like a lot of people eventually do. And don't start one thing and move to something completely different just days or weeks later.

Consistency is key. The stress of trying to gain followers for my campaign was almost enough to make me quit but I kept to it because I'm the end if you don't make a character for the long run you'll end up being a hunter who grew to selling drugs to the Mafia. (What do you mean by this will we now have to hire probation officers or will the governor have staff for that): If there is an opportunity for me to hire actual probation officers then I will. But if that's not possible I will pay my own staff for that to ensure criminals have somebody to turn to. What is you're idea for police funding?: Well my plan is to use government funding from taxes to help pay for police and firefighter equipment and help doctors get the latest in education for helping the people. If my estimation is anywhere near what I assumed then we should have more than enough or just reaching the goal for police salaries and firefighters. How will you bring the businesses and the police together? (community growth) Easy, fundraisers for the police. Help finding for the police and bring the community and police closer together. In case of a huge increase of crime would private security companies be considered?: It wouldn't be considered unless it made into a bigger problem then our police can't handle. And the reason for them would be to simulate the national guard or the army. Just to help protect citizens in the case of danger. If Elected would you request a police escort?: I may as for one on the way to my destination, but I wouldn't want to waste police resources when they could be doing something far better than follow me around. I think the only time I would request it is when I'm first elected and driving to my office. How would you determine who becomes the police chief/would their be a vote?: I feel that should be left up to the department at hand (the voting that is) and some of the citizens in that area. I think it would probably go by real life prerequisites. What are you're views on low level drug crimes? If you mean small offensives like possession of a small amount of marijuana then I say they will be arrested for possession and then set off on a probationary period for about a month. But then again I would like to see how the officers handle it and give the proper response. If I didn't answer your questions properly please tell me and I'll try again. I'm talking about in real life. There was an Army Veteran who was denied his right to have a weapon because of the gun control laws. And still, civilians should be allowed to protect themselves in the situations they're attacked. About 10 years ago my father was hit in the back of the head with a pipe and didn't have a weapon because of the gun control laws throughout the U.S. It's unfair to the people who can have them because of these laws. I just wanna liberate the free.

This is actually something I suggested rather than ban gun all together. There was a point where an Army Veteran wasn't allowed to have a weapon in his home because of the gun laws in that state and I thought that was slightly unfair.

I also want to make it clear @Frank @Calico and @ThomasHetch that getting Calico and Frank are in The Neighborhood, that doesn't mean they're illegal. Mr. Hetch, so far what I have seen from your posts you try and take advantage of other people's posts. Mine being a prime example, you haven't done it in a few days but I want to point out why you are not doing anything right. Instead of trying to make friends you're making enemies. From what I've gathered you have enemies with Mr. Luprano and his friend Calico. And you're starting to make an enemy out of me. Your taxing is based on capitalism and it's so you can make money. What I believe you're doing is saying you'll give up your business to look good for the public. That's the reason taxes are so high. Let me ask you Mr. Hetch, what do you plan to do with that money. Over an estimated 1.5 million dollars from 200-300 people. 1.5 million dollars from a small island of people for what? You said you don't support free healthcare so that's out the window. Your money won't go to banning weapons because you yourself said you only wanna ban "The powerful ones." So where is that money going to. And my sacrifice is giving up my check. Putting money into the government spending. Personally spending my wages so people can get what they NEED. Not what you think they need. Being a governor isn't about money to me. I've proven that. I don't need the Governor check and I'll donate it to spending. My taxes are low and my pay is non existent. While you're taxing is high and your still getting paid. You're a business man as well. And you wanted to go into a very high paying business, tech. Obviously that didn't go as planned but it gave me a pretty good idea of whom I was up against. Thomas Hetch, I believe you are nothing more than a capitalist who wants nothing more than to bleed everyone dry of their money. 1- Considering that most people on the island will be Middle to Upper class it'll pay for itself. 2- Background checks are a lot cheaper than banning guns all together. 3- Don't use real world stats in a game. Because it will most likely not apply to whats happening in game. The facts are this is not Canada or America, this is a country on its own. And I doubt that anybody would want to pay so much money to live in a place that's molded by them. If this island can be molded then it can be formed to sustain completely off of the taxes that I've set. With your taxes there will always be fluctuations and drops. With mine it can either stay the same or raise because of its affordability price range. And considering that, my Healthcare and background checks will actually pay for themselves. And if they don't I'm willing to put out my own check to help sustain it until it gets to where it needs to be.

If you want to help yourself you need to make some serious changes to your campaign. Your still taking 300,000$ out of 1,000,000$. That's a lot of money to be taken away. That's nearly half of their pay. That's what I call bleeding them dry. My taxes aren't high. 3-5% 5-10% 10-15% Thats from lower to middle class. I'm hardly taking any money from them and when I do, it's to purely benefit them and not me. I made Taxes so low because I wanted to make sure people could keep their money and spend it how they please. That's why my taxes won't fail.

First of all let me pull my cuffs up. Your tax system is still entirely useless. Not only is that still horrible it's a huge gap from your top tax rate. Either low the highest or raise the lowest. Either way your tax plan will break the bank and send everything into either a recession or a depression with your unexpected tax hikes. Why would anybody below 1,000,000 pay 25%. I'm assuming that rate is for people in the 200,000 price range because if it's higher... still there's the gap. That's still 50,000 dollars being taken away from somebody who could spend it improving their business or buying their first car. You don't think about people when you make these, you only think about how you can make more money. And are you being serious with what sacrifice I would make. I would sacrifice my own pay to help the people who live on the island. I plan on not bleeding them dry with taxing, and I'm giving them free healthcare. What sacrifices have I made? What sacrifices have you made Mr. Hetch?

Seeing as not many people know what my exact plans are I will list them for all of you good people to see. Taxes will be based on your annual income. This means that if you're a lower class citizen you won't see as big of a tax cut as the middle and upper class citizens will be seeing. Lower class will be seeing a 3-5% tax cut to their annual income. This is subject to change but probably won't. Middle class will see a 5-10% tax cut to their annual income. This is to further equalize taxing across the board. Upper class will see a 10-15% tax cut if their annual income. I don't want to bleed you dry but I do want to make sure your getting exactly what you pay for. This means free universal healthcare, better medical equipment in hospitals, better equipment for the boys in blue and better equipment for fire fighters. Every time you pay taxes you are helping to build the community. As for healthcare, it will be free. I will be seeing that it's free as possible. I want you to feel relaxed and to know that your life is in good hands, and that you'll be safe even when you get hurt and it isn't your fault. And if I'm elected I want to try and start up a council of people to help decide how we spend our extra money. This means road repairs, better equipment for workplaces, who should get loans and what not. I want to maximize the community efforts to make the Island as community driven as possible.
