Its cool and all that people are getting creative and trying to get members and staff already BUT the game is not out yet... as of now nobody is anything and most people have the same amount of money and resources once the game is released. People claiming to be the best gang or best MC or business are wrong they are all on the same level as of right now once the game is released there will be a lot of people who have a gang or business without a gang or business. I think people should wait until they actually have the things for making a gang or business before making the gang or business. Just my two cents

I have been playing life mods on arma 3 for about a year now and i swear ive never seen a server with realistic prices. If you've been oblivious to this let me explain in real life a glock only goes for about 250$ or an AR-15 for about 1000$ while in ARMA life an ar-15 is 250000$ or a glock is 20000$ guns are insanely overpriced i hate buying an mx for 80000 when in reality a scar or something in reallife like it is around 5000 to 10000 dollars and then you see a tec 9 for 50000$ its insane please take this into consideration.

well one there are no NPCS except for static store owners even though most stores in game will be player based, also prison warden and guards have already been confirmed.

The Day this game comes to consoles is the day pigs fly, i mean pc ports to console have lately been horrible consoles just cant run modern pc games, i mean apb reloaded is on xbox one and its like extra low graphics and runs at around 15 fps, same with 7 days to die and subnautica, i think the only good port was elite dangerous which was heavy optimized to play on console.

Since none of your gangs or money to fund your gang are in game youll still have to rush around to get whats necessary to get it going. i'm not saying its a bad idea to know what you want to do i agree that will get you ahead if you have a goal in fact my goal is pretty specific but ill need time, money etc... i'm not going around and telling people to find me when game starts because i wont have that stuff until i get it, what i'm saying is that people should not be claiming to be tops of some category until the game is released.

no it will be almost exactly like arma life also they said at its core the game is cops and robbers, i never said its like gta, gta online is trash, where do you think they got cartels? where do you think they got the idea for shipwreck i mean its made by asylum the guys with the biggest altis life servers.

I can see some problems with this near flawless game in the future, Like the fact that on official servers anybody can be a cop, that in my opinion is a bad call think about all the ten year old's that just get on and play as cop not knowing what to do, what ive found about Altis life or any life server is that the best ones have cops that rp, are mature and sound mature, strict white list system, and with the official servers i cant see how they would be able to moderate things like this and community servers will be the only truly playable servers. Also how will the police leveling work like how will they measure the amount of quality work for you to actually be promoted without whitelisting i could see someone just leaving their computer on to get time on as a cop to get the next rank. these are just some thoughts to ponder over please take them into consideration

That's Awesome ill definitely join if you share the same ideals. I just hate the idea that anyone can hop on the biggest servers and just become a cop.

But i think the devs are smart from what i can see prices will be fairly realistic considering the money you get for donating 500$, Also maybe it will be harder to get a gun if you are not fit to own a gun like backround checks, firearm licences etc. Another thing is that money doesn't fall off of a tree in this game you will need a job to get that money to get a gun after you actually own a home and car and other necessary things.

i know but its supposed to be realistic right? then guns should be that easy to come by, its not like you'll start the game and buy an AK its just like a pistol maybe some mags. I mean even with the ridiculous prices in arma 3 life guns are not that easy to come by. I mean there will be a gun store where you can buy pistols and maybe some low powered rifles like a .22 then maybe there will be harder ways to come by an AK or AR-15.

i have nothing against creativity, and i do think i need to give people a reality check considering people are claiming to be the top business, gang, radio station etc of NOTHING nobody has anything yet and you cant be something without something, i'm not trying to be a dick but if you want to role play i'm pretty sure there a role play thread for this site.

It actually does matter because when the game starts nobody will have anything except for the people spending upwards of 100$ to get a house and a car and some mulah, your not the top of nothing yet considering there is nothing right now and how can you have respect when the game is not even out, also just a tip usually you need money to keep something going.

I know there is no way you can confirm this asshole but I sound more like a 14 year old and I don't take insults kindly I have more than a year of experience with RP and was anot admin medic trooper and another medic on another server. First to cornholio from my experience on ARMA life 12 year old cops never work and servers that allow that usually end pretty quick or never get players , i'm not being a dick i'm just telling the truth, also its my opinion if you don't like it then there's a logout button right there we don't need fucks like you throwing pissy fits when they don't like someone's opinion. And to camdenanderson i have nothing against you i want people to know abut and play this game and i'm fine with you playing this game but roles that really matter to the structure of a server should be left to people who are fit for the role.

No you are not the top because the GAME IS NOT EVEN OUT, you cant claim your something without having that something. Im not trying to be rude but you wont have it untill you have it I mean some guy could make some money (more then you) then make a successful Radio station and your has not even stated so dont go around saying your the Top of anything just yet.

Not trying to be rude but 12 year old cops just does not work i couldn't give less of a crap if you were a civ or a robber but we need mature sounding and acting cops who know what they are doing and how to rp.

I agree with you 100% pistols will be the main cheap weapon choice except for melee weapons (which i hope are in the game) if this is like altis life then everyone will have a rook if its like ARMA LIfe everyone will have a glock, i really hope there are a HUGE option for guns and with player customization on guns and vehicles i belive that fream will come true.

we wont know until the game is put into its first module hopefully soon alot of modern pc games are being very optimized like battlefront, battlefield 1 and overwatch they all have great graphics and can run on crappy computers on like medium settings it all depends on optimization if this game is like arma 3 then then god help us if not then everybody will be happy.

In a post made by the project lead he said most of the stuff in markets are player made which got me thinking. Could you make your own stores and shops what level of customization is allowed on clothes, cars, guns to make every thing players sell individual and the most interesting thing in my mind is that he said that you can own a factory to make stuff for the store that you own NOW potentially this could be very good for gangs like you could have a blackmarket gun shop where you take the proceeds and buy gun parts make the guns in the factory then sell them more expensive then what it took to make them to get profit... this is just some thoughts and i think this would be a very good way to make money fast like really really fast, i think owning a gun will be very important in this game and whoever sells the cheapest ones will be getting bank.
