Since they are instanced meaning there is an unlimited amount of them you may be able to own more than one. -

Welcome @OsirisWoolf! I've always wanted to visit Australia, looks like a wonderful place to visit! I plan on becoming a police officer because that's a career I'm very interested in. You can always pledge for beta access which will get you the modules as well and after those are released, upgrade or not depending on what you think about the game. You can co-own a company and can appoint a new person to take control if you are to resign. -

You will need to pay rent and insurance for your car. I believe you can only buy a car and not finance it, so probably no car payments. -
They car replicate the car but might need to reshape certain things to be safe. Usually as long as it doesn't have the Company name on the vehicle it should be fine.

That depends on how much money you pledge, the $60 will get you $1000. They don't want backers to have a huge advantage so it's not too much, but a good head start. -

Yes, getting a car will be a challenge because the money in Identity will be realistic as possible meaning a car could cost about $20k -
Whichever player is elected governor can raise or lower taxes for the players. When you get an apartment you will need to pay rent in order to not get evicted.

I don't actually know because I don't think it's been worked on yet, or maybe it has and they just haven't mentioned it yet. I imagine it would be pretty simple so it doesn't ruin the fun.
