Please read the information on the Modules Page as it gives you lots of information about the first module. It will be playable until release. Also, use the search function in the top right before posting as many questions have been answered over time. -
What do you mean by "Steam Development" The full release of Identity will be on steam.

Yes! Once you're signed in on the main website go to the shop page and it will say "Upgrade" instead of "Buy" -

Only full release will be on steam, the final price for the base game is not determined on full release, but it is currently $15. -

Hey there @TheDynasty, prices won't go up until the game nears completion which right now is speculated to be late 2017 to early 2018. -
