Who We Are We are an established motorcycle club that has been in existence since June 27th, 2015. We are not murderers and thieves, like the media would have you believe. We are not terrorists or national threats, like the government tries to make us out to be. We are not all outlaws or criminals, like the A.M.A has written to outcast us. We are members of your community, we are citizens like you. We are enthusiasts of motorcycles, its lifestyle, and its culture. We are protectors of our communities and someone you can turn to, no matter the situation or odds. We are Feared N Fearless Motorcycle Club, a brotherhood and sisterhood that goes beyond blood or name. In essence we are a family of bikers who work hard to make sure our family is safe, and prosperous. We are one of the most reputable and respected motorcycle clubs found online, and no matter the odds, we always prevail and become stronger. We have been through many things throughout our existence, and we know more will come, but we prepare for any situation that can present itself. Some of us have been through our own forms of hell, and because of FNF MC, we have been strong enough to conquer them. All of this, makes us a tighter family than most other motorcycle clubs can offer, and makes FNF one of the best clubs to be part of. Our Mission Feared N Fearless' mission is to become the most reputable and respected motorcycle club in the servers we establish our charter(s) in, and become the most known motorcycle club across this community. Our focus is on loyalty, dedication, and longevity, and becoming the most respected and reputable will aid us in our focus. No matter the server, no matter community groups, we will be known and respected anywhere we go. We know respect and reputation is something that must be earned, and we will let nothing stand in our way to accomplish our mission. This mission even carries over into our recruitment, because earning your place here will be no easy task. We want to continue our brotherhood and have no care for quantity, only quality brothers here for the betterment of the club. 1% We are a "1% Motorcycle Club" and we flaunt it proudly, because we believe in, and defend, our rights and freedoms, even if the law, government, media, or even society is standing in our way. The American Motorcycle Association wants to label and shame us by calling us outlaw bikers, and we proudly accept that labeling, even if it gives us a stigma to society. We govern ourselves and hold ourselves accountable to different standard of law, and if it conflicts with society's law, so be it. Some of our members may become involved in criminal activity or there may be even convicts within our ranks, but this doesn't reflect the club because we don't encourage violence or illegal activities. Any illegal activities any member becomes part of, is their decision, not the club's. What We Do We party, we ride, we fight, we do anything we want, whenever we want to do it. We hold rides, runs, shows, charities, parties, national celebrations, and even conventions to mix it up with our neighbors and friends. With that being said, our business is our own. Any club business is not discussed with anyone outside the club, and we respect and defend our right to privacy. Whatever our business is, if the public needs to know about it, we will make sure they know. We are always looking for fellow enthusiasts and free thinkers, who are searching for like minded individuals to challenge and expand their world and perception. We also offer aid to anyone who needs it and feels they have no where else to turn. We even plan on getting involved in the business sector and, if possible, the sporting sector. Our History Our history is a long and twisted story still being written today. It is a collection from our original members, who began it all, to our newest members, who help shape our present, and write our future. To fully understand FNF MC and why we are the way we are, you must first understand where we started, where our father's started, and where our grand father's started. We must start in 1948 with Original Red Devils MC. Chapter 1: The Origins Chapter 2: Dogs And War How To Join Like mentioned above, joining this motorcycle club is no easy task. We have severe trust issues, and it does take a long time for FNF to fully trust anyone. We are not, what we call, a "Hand Out Club", which will give out patched positions, instead we believe you must earn your place here. Becoming part of the club requires members to not only probate for us, but to first hang around with the club so we can get to know you, and for you to get to know us. This process can take time, but proves to us who wants to truly be part of this club, and who would just like to say they are. Dedication and loyalty are just some of the qualities that can help you through this process, but this process is different for everyone. We believe in the motto; "You Get What You Give" and only give the patch to those who have earned the right to call themselves a member of Feared N Fearless MC. Recruiting We are not currently recruiting for Identity at this time, we are only recruiting for our PS4 charter on GTA Online, as well as we are looking to expand to XB1, and PC. We even plan to open up a SAMP charter or 2. If you are interested in becoming part of Feared N Fearless in the future when Identity is released, please join our support crew to keep up to date with the club and our activities. Thank you for the reply, and let's not get into Quebec lol. I do hope it does allow for radical spectrum of Government policy and regulation (totalitarianism to anarchism if possible, even a junta or junkta or whatever it is called would be interesting) but I am positive there will be limitations. Especially in the beginning. I imagine it may be difficult for some of these policies that this political groups and others have to be established in the beginning weeks of the game. Maybe I am pessimistic in my look here, so I understand if you or others have a different view on the launch of the game.- 65 replies

An Ambulance ride is not technically a service under universal healthcare. In Ontario, Canada, we have universal healthcare and this is not a service under OHIP. OHIP will help with costs for it and thus we do get a fee or around $45, but it is not a service of universal healthcare. It is a service normally funded by the hospital and it's donation system. Schooling is covered up to the age of 18, yes you are right. Normally that age is met toward the end of high school. These are normally paid through taxes though. I don't think I have heard of education fees, idk what Liberal Ontario is honestly doing now with education. So you may be right now regarding that too. I do apologize with how I worded myself in my final little paragraph. I did not mean to say you should not argue other countries concepts and regulations of universal healthcare, and for that I am sorry. What I meant to argue was I am not sure how much we can truly take from these systems as this fictional state that these political groups wish to govern is based in a non-fictional country where universal healthcare isn't established. I don't believe one will be able to truly establish a universal healthcare-like system on Identity. Perhaps outside of the game, yes, but I have doubts that there will be a system in game allowing for that. Again I apologize for how poorly I worded this earlier.- 65 replies

I believe he is trying to point out that a banquet dinner is not a basic need. Most banquet dinners that I have been to were normally set up by volunteer groups within the community and have no financial resourcing from the local government. With that being said the volunteer groups do normally work with the local governing body for setting up a community location, promotion of the event, etc. Most financial resourcing does come the community itself tho, and not the governing body. I don't see a banquet dinner as a basic need the government needs to fund, but the community themselves should show their appreciation themselves. Just my opinion on this tho.- 65 replies

I understand this is a fictional state, however I have doubts there will be no set laws and systems already in place when the games starts. It seems redundant to start with a lawless community and then to build the foundations of a government. There most likely will be a prefab government system in place which the state government will adapt upon. After all it is and FICTIONAL state in a NON-FICTIONAL country.... Perhaps instead of jumping on me, claiming I am being too realistic and take a step back yourself friend. Furthermore I was debating someone else's points regarding systems in real life, so how am I going to far?- 65 replies

This seems very interesting. How would you deal with a failing business? Would there be a liquidation process or a bailout system in play for the market?

An ambulance ride is not part of universal health care therefore one normally does pay for its use unless they have an insurance system to cover it's cost. Saying it is covered by universal healthcare is not true. Same with your arguement regarding education. Education is covered up to the age of 18 normally (some European countries do cover all education) thus you pay or get assistance in paying for college or university. Honestly I do not see a point to argue a British or UK standard for a game based in an American State. Furthermore Universal Healthcare wasn't a thing in the US last I checked, HMO was still in use with the joke known as Obamacare- 65 replies

The State Of Roseport, after all it is a simply a state within the United States right? Pretty sure the world is just our own essentially, aka Earth.

Thank you!

Well the arguement is done now, but with the statement on gangland. Gangland is one of the worst shows because they will always portray any gang, Mob, MC, etc, as the most dangerous threat to America or the world. My statements regarding Rare Breed are taken directly from their website and their about the club section. www.rarebreedmc.com Gangland always claim everyone they cover is the most dangerous, so you shouldn't take them as fact, they are far from it

@Cpag I am sorry for derailing the thread. Perhaps in the future add some imagery to your Original Post to allow those interested in your club to learn more and get to know your operation more. Just a thought tho, and again good luck. I will stop flooding this thread.
-
Technically they were too far, I easily could have worded myself better.
-
No need to apologize bud, I was the one pushing the arguement technically, Rare Breed was simply trying to defend himself. I simply should have worded myself in a more neutral way.
-
All good, we both got passionate and were willing to fight for what we believe in. No need to apologize there
-
You are a little late to the party bud lol
-
Lol again I apologize, I am passionate about biker culture as I have been part of it since birth. Sometimes I can become too blunt or passionate about my arguement, but that really isn't an excuse to the way I was wording myself there.
-
Oh I have for the most part however the one you referred to above (MurderINC) has been defunct since the death of Al Capone in the late 60s. Most Mafia names or titles are from defunct families. Most family names aren't copy written due to when they were used. Honestly I am not trying to shit on you (although I can see why you would think I am lol), but my primary intention is to make sure none of us (the fan base) jeopardize Identity and Asylum over things we would normal see as trivial with other developers. Like with my example of Rockstar and HA, I am pleased HA stepped up and legally went after Rockstar. For too long the Housers have thought they are untouchable, and now they are realising it lol. I don't want to see that happen to Asylum. It is probable that it won't happen ever, but there is that chance of error. To me, it isn't worth the risk considering the game is barely off the ground. Regardless you can do as you please and run your club under the name you choose. I suggest just being weary of giving someone the ability to look to seek liability from Asylum. I will stop arguing and if Mods want, they may remove all my posts before this. I do wish you luck.
-
Lol bold assumptions and trivial arguements that wouldn't hold up in a court, that is your reasoning.... well done. "The" won't matter when your name is a direct copy of theirs but hey whatever, if you are willing to risk Asylum and the time they have put into it because your clubs name is that needed for you to be part of Identity, and you don't mind leaving them liable, so be it. What a sad arguement. So with you logic, someone could copy Nike, and put "The" in front of the name, and at that point Nike has no grounds? How well versed you are in law.... This isn't a scare tactics for the devs or anything, lol I am simply being realistic. Asylum has around $800,000 in revenue, where Rockstar has Billions. Rockstar was sued by Hells Angels for over 2 Million Dollars. Rockstar can survive this because they are a million dollar developer, Asylum would probably lose it all simply paying for legal assistance over an extended period of time. Are you seriously willing to risk Asylum and the game Identity just because you have a stick up your ass over a copy written name? This is why you an arrogant little child, because you cannot even grasp that basic thought. Instead you are so handicapped to the idea, your response is "sue me".... Go fuck off and die now child. Also lastly that comment about me living in my mother's basement is very detailed, and I can assume you speak from experience.
-
Mainly just your thread bud. Calm down with your whole 6 posts bud lol. If I was correcting everyone I doubt I would have any reputation here, but clearly you have the answers for everything, including this community you joined within the past 24 Hours. If you could fucking read, I stated that MCs don't like people using their NAME AND IMAGE, but again argue a redundant point about nonsense again please.
-
Lmao clearly you are stupid. Simply tried to give you the heads up about Motorcycle clubs are going after the developers who allow their images to be used in their games, and your response is, "they arent playing..." Are you that retarded? Do you think Hells Angels were playing GTA and that is why they sued? No they were informed thier image and brand were being used without their permission. You cleary are a retard if you have no care or concern for Asylum if you are not worried about making them liable. To further verify your handicapped, you told me to sue you.... did I claim to have ownership? Are you that handicapped that you cannot read? Clearly you know nothing of Motorcycle Clubs or their culture, or else you would know how insulting it is to take up someone else's name or image without the rights to it, or even earning it. So enjoy being a faggot fan boy kid, I am sure that gangland episode got you arosed as fuck, and that is why this fly-by-night, copy cat, shitty thread was created. Again my point is be ORIGINAL AND DON'T MAKE ASYLUM LIABLE BECAUSE YOU HAD A HARD ON DURING A GANGLAND EPISODE PUNK FAGGOT
-
Furthermore 2 clubs sharing names is never good, just look at Warlocks Cali, and Warlocks Florida, they hate each other with a passion, so again this point of "clubs don't care about names" is again very dumb and narrow-minded
-
I am well aware, but thanks to recent FBI efforts, a majority of Motorcycle Clubs now own all image and branding of themselves. Most are willing to sue for use and defimation (Rockstar is currently being sued by Hells Angels) It is neive and down right childish to assume that using others property will never have any repercussions. Do you really want to make Asylum liable because you can't create an original idea on your own? Smh at people's logic today. "They aren't here so it doesn't matter".... I would love to see that excuse attempted in court.

Rare Breed MC is a real club that was established in 1989 and have Charters and Chapters all over the world. They claim they are against drugs, violence, and breaking the law. Perhaps look up clubs before you try to make one and not become a copy cat, opening an unsanctioned and stolen idea.
