In one of powergamings recent videos. It was either from a QnA with the devs or he asked them on Twitter I can't remember rn. -
You can rent out homes the devs have already confirmed this multiple times. Not sure about office type buildings though. Although would make send if you could. People could have large real estate companies then.

No they actually scaled the map a little larger I believe. That's one of the main reasons for the most recent delays. -

I've played on some non-laggy servers. -
Well I say this cause the the progress bar has moved up to 89%. Also the devs plan to release a weapon game play video within the next two weeks. I know the devs are always pushing back stuff and delaying releases, which is good and bad. I really think that town square should be out in 3-5 weeks. It's just been pushed back so much, but I think the devs are really almost ready.

You are correct one part that there is plenty to do besides crime. But let's be honest at least a third of players on all serves will probably be criminals, just they way I predict it will go from polls I've seen from the Identity twitter page.

Town square should be out by the end of April, but id say more towards the beging of or mid may.

Can't own clubs unfortunately, I would love to have the ability to own my own casino, but that won't be possible sadly. But on the bright side at least there in the game!

There are three major cities. I can't recall the names at this time, but the city that town square is, is the largest city and the main one. -

Okay, not the ones I play on. Personally I have found large g mod serves to be very laggy. -
I would team up with you guys sometimes but I'm not much of a MC guy, but I respect y'all.

I would so more just night clubs, bars, and karaoke lounges. Not "strip" clubs, cause there is no nudity, but what I stated above there will be dancing and I belive pole dancing.

300 is more than any other Life RP games have. arma is like max 100. And gmod is usually around 50 players per server. Trust me the devs will make sure the amount of players and map size is balanced. -

10,000 players is insane. There servers would not be able to support that. It would be insanely laggy. I was already super thrilled to have 300 player servers, but now we might get 1,000 player servers. So honestly you should be grateful for that, cause no other game offers what identity is. -
Identity plans to have realistic driving physics. Not sure for just in general though, but I would assume they'd be better than arma 3

No, sadly, would be too much for servers to support. There will be a wide variety of houses spread throughout the map however.

A lot of buildings and government buildings on the East Coast look like this. Personally I think it looks awesome.
