Its updated now! Tracker is updated Monday-Friday at around 5ish EST. Think about this until today the tracker was last updated on Friday at around 5:10, it got updated today at around 5:20, so that's why it said 3 days, but really it was just Saturday and Sunday that it wasn't updated.

Pledge items will carry over to private servers. Stuff you obtain on an official server will not carry over to private ones. -
You can design clothes however, you can create images for clothes or upload images from the internet

There’s already A LOT of other stuff in this game, creating your own cars would cause really bad performance issues. However you can still customize your car, like in GTA.

for number 3, do you mean share as in let them come in and see, or as in live in it with you? If you mean to have a friend live with you, the answer is yes, as long has you have 2 bedrooms, however many bedrooms your home has is the number of people who can live in that home. -

Well it took about 2 weeks to get about halfway, maybe a little more, so you figure it will take another 10 days to 2 weeks for The other half. Plus an additional week for steam to approve the game. -
