When it comes down to the rules and the do’s and the dont’s who will be deciding the rules and what’s fair play on official servers will there be admins or will there be a system that detects it automatically and if we plan on community servers will rules change accordingly to that communities ideas/rules or will there be a set to rule them all sorry wrong section

Hey there community! Will you be able to buy like a tiny wooden shack in the middle of a forest or so and claim it at as yours and use it for like cooking of some sorts (if you know what I mean.) Would you be able to buy like barn yards or unused wooden shacks in the middle of no where or abandoned and ruined factories? P.S.(Sorry I noticed I posted in wrong section.)
