@Tanner_ The latest season has already started. Every week, I get to sit down and enjoy the latest episode.

Considering you're Head of Security @Arcanion, I'm pretty sure things like this are supposed to be handled internally. Not publicly with an open letter. This just seems like bad PR. That things are so messy and unorganized that you have to use public channels to get your message trough. Which is a very bad thing.

Again you assume. I didn't say I was suspicious of you. I said I was curious as to why you chose to respond the way you did. You don't have to tell me. You're not under any obligation to tell me. You're free to respond however you like. I was simply wondering.- 817 replies

@FatherOfTimes I'm sorry. But that's on you for assuming. I never said my investigation was into your family. And I never claimed you had any information. And I did not threaten you, I merely informed you of the consequences if you were to share sensitive information about my new case. Which may, or may not be into your family. But you have made me very curious. Why are you so defensive? Surely, you wouldn't be so defensive if you are hiding something? So I will only ask you this once. Are you hiding something?- 817 replies

Actually, that's not true. I don't have any say over the local law enforcement. I'm equivalent of a beat cop in the FBI. My authority is federal, so my jurisdiction is all over America. As the FBI operates all over the country. And my boss' boss' boss is higher up on the hierarchy than, say a captain of the police force. And the FBI tend to deal with the more serious cases that the local law enforcement can't handle.

Identity Island is American soil. Why do you have a poll for UK Candidates? Do you know something I don't? Edit: Oh, you're splitting it up based on server locations. That's silly, considering there is no game yet. All there is now is just one global forum.

I don't know why he decided to tell you that. Something he shouldn't have. So I will take this time to remind you, this new information is a part of an active and ongoing investigation. And if I find out you've been sharing it with anyone, you will be charged with obstruction of justice. And you'll likely end up where your "son" is. In jail.- 817 replies

@Rumpelstiltskin Something my granny used to say; Two wrongs, doesn't make a right.

I have, don't worry. His past is actually what sparked the investigation to begin with. However, I don't have jurisdiction in L.A., and I certainly don't have any connections or proof over there. So I didn't really have a case till I discovered what he had done here locally.

Unfortunately, we can't always get our wish. He'll be back in no time though. Hopefully, he'll do a much better job of staying out of trouble next time.

Welcome to Identity! Hopefully, you'll stay out of trouble. And have fun!

There's no record of you ever having gone undercover. And I'm fairly certain the police wouldn't send a civilian under cover. Let alone a trigger happy vigilante with personal ties. As for my proof, I have direct statements from yourself. As well as some anonymous witnesses. And yes, it is true. I may have been a bit too direct in my allegations. But as you are a public figure, the people really need to know what's going on behind the curtains. You may call this, transparency on my part. OOC: Clearly my disclaimer wasn't good enough. Who might these "A few guys" be, who are so clearly ignoring my disclaimer? I'm just having fun here. And I'd suspect you should have been able to defend yourself in-character if you truly were the politician you claim to be. Honestly, I'm a little disappointed here. If you can't handle me IC, how will you handle even worse people than me? I was actually going pretty easy on you. If you really want to clean up your campaign, ICly. PM me. I might have a few insights. What I like the best about roleplay is good storytelling. And I may have some ideas you could use. If you are interested. Also, I bet those "Few guys" are just you. If you feel like I'm actually out of character hating on you. Then I'd rather you PM me out of character. And we could discuss how to take it from there. And still potentially create some interesting story for those reading this later. I genuinely do not hate you. You have an interesting character with high goals. But a questionable past. I have a character whose job is to question that past. And make it more difficult for you to reach said goals. It wouldn't be an achievement if you didn't have to fight for it. Right?- 817 replies

From what I've heard, from yourself, was that the events leading up to you leaving L.A. was pretty much your own fault. You tried to be a vigilante, and get other people to do your dirty job. Might I remind you, vigilantism is also a crime. And someone ended up getting hurt, your wife, because of your own actions. Had you not pursued a dangerous man, you would most likely have been living happy with your wife right now, in L.A. And there's your reason for vigilantism being a crime. Don't assume you know me. My job is to catch bad guys, I know how they operate, how they think. I've yet to actually see a "good politician". This part is pretty much your written confession. There is a few points that worrying to me. Had Bobby Cruz never exposed you, would you still had come clean? You still claim you "came clean" but then you still admit to having communications with criminal organizations. And you've openly admitted to having 'Gustavo Fring' frightened enough to remove himself from public. That sounds very much like a death threat? What happened to him? Where is he now? No matter what he did to you. Taking the law into your own hands is NEVER okay. You speak of being harsh on the criminals, getting rid of crime. And yet, you don't even follow the justice system yourself. To me, it seems like you think our justice system is a joke. The idea behind it is flawless, but it doesn't work when men like yourself doesn't believe in it. And decide to go rouge and take matters into your own hands. I bet, as soon as someone you cares about ends up behind bars, for legitimate reasons. You're gonna pull some strings and have him back out on the street doing god knows what. Which is why you're not fit to run as governor. I don't believe you have what it takes to do anything about crime in this state. If you really want to do anything about crime, you'll have to turn yourself in. But I don't see that happening. This is your second confession. You've just confessed into putting hits on every candidate except for Thomas Hetch and Joel Keys. Even if you told them you didn't want your hits to be carried out anymore. That doesn't change the fact that you already did order the hits in the first place. And that doesn't free you from any criminal charges. And again, had Bobby Cruz never exposed you as the criminal you are, then would you still have canceled those hits? I'd find that doubtful. This is also another prime example where you plain out ignore our justice system, and take matters into your own hands. If you really want to crack down on crime. Then start with yourself. I will never partner up with a criminal like you. If you want to make a deal, I'm sure I could speak with the DA and offer you a deal, in exchange for information. Otherwise, if I find some solid evidence, I will be bringing you in. And a deal then is highly unlikely.- 817 replies

I'm gonna be posting this here as a response from this thread. I do not want to derail his campaign thread as this topic is relevant to @LuciousTimes. I'm also gonna put this as a disclaimer here, because I AM NOT seeking drama just for heck of this. This is purely to be taken in-character, the views and opinions expressed in this post are those of Zoey Anderson, not myself. Honestly, I couldn't care less. I'm just bored, and want to create some good drama. Drama is in storytelling. Roleplay. And I am hoping you will respond as such, as how @LuciousTimes would respond in-character. You see, there's this thing called standing up for one beliefs. You're willing to bend over like a dog for everyone and anyone who have a different opinion than you. And you change the police with very little fight. This is worrying, because you also do this to companies, who may not have the best interests of their consumers in mind. And that, makes you open for corruption. You're elected by the people for your views. Not elected by the people because you keep changing your views every five minutes to please the person you happen to be in a conversation with. From my view point, you're being friendly towards quite literally everyone. My theory, is that you want everyone to like you. Well, of course, everyone wants to be liked. But you, on the other hand, want to be liked because you want to get elected. And, here's the real kicker, you keep changing your policies because you don't really care. You have your own agenda when you get into Office. And that's a big problem. Not to mention, your criminal background. You went to the criminals early in your career seeking help. After they helped you, you decided to ditch them. And came clean. I messaged you about this, but you didn't respond. However, what worries me is how you made yourself out as this big hero for doing the right thing but not working for them. When in fact, you broke the law. And you should be prosecuted as such. And the people doesn't seem care. Because, you have a way with words. And you make people like you. By agreeing to what they are saying every step of the way. And that, makes you a con-artist. A damn good one too. Another thing, which only furthers strengthen my proof. Kaitlyn pointed out some flaws with your policies. And how do you respond? By asking her to marry you? And she somehow agreeing. Simply bizarre how you managed to pull that off, Mr. Con-Artist. @FatherOfLoyalty I have some points for you as well. First off, not an attack. Don't know where you got that from. You see, I don't think he is. I think all of his policies are just a front. None of it is really going to matter if he get's elected into office. That is simply not true at all! He just can't shut up. He speaks in almost every discussion here. Even campaigns that aren't his. All to gain publicity, and draw more awareness to himself. It's like Pepsi infiltrating a Coke ad. It's shameless advertising. Plus he doesn't provide much to the discussion at hand. Besides compliments to whoever he is talking to. In order to trick more people to follow him, for his false agendas. Either, you're in on it too. Or the worlds biggest pansy. Be warned, once I find some substantial evidence. I will be brining you in.- 817 replies

Feel free to ignore @LuciousTimes, he's just a con-artist. Who really shouldn't be posting in other candidates campaign threads. Anyway, I do appreciate that you plan to take things as they come and be straight up with your peers. Instead of trailing off with a lot of mumbo-jumbo saying whatever the people wants to hear, vs what they need to hear. Transparency is the key to a successful state. Do you have any plans for policies if you did end up in office? Like who is the real @Perlman, what could we expect of you if you were to get into office?

(( Continuation from This. )) Zoey gets awoken by an officer knocking on her office door. She was sleeping on the couch, using her jacket as a blanket. She'd stay up, and walk over to her office door, and open it. The bright light in the hallway temporarily blinding her, as she also turned on the lights in her office. She'd look up, and over at the young, well dressed Officer standing in her doorway holding two cups of coffee. The young man, about Zoey's own age was smiling bright. I could clearly read his name tag, "Clive Johnson." Zoey's blonde hair was clearly a mess from sleeping so rough, but Johnson didn't care. And right now, Zoey didn't really care either, as she was still a half-asleep Zombie. With his bright smile, Johnson extends one of his coffee cups towards Zoey. And speaks up. Johnson: "Sorry, Special Agent Anderson, I didn't know what you liked, so I brought you a cappuccino." Zoey: "It's fine, thank you. Johnson. Just call me Zoey. Or Zoe." Johnson nods and smiles wide. Zoey offers a smile back, and grabs the cup of coffee. And she'd take a sip of the cup. After a few moments of silence, and Johnson awkwardly standing still and smiling at Zoey. As if waiting for something. An opportunity perhaps? Zoey takes another sip of her coffee, maintaining eye contact. Then eventually grows tiresome of Johnson's stare. Zoey: "Yes?" Johnson snaps back to reality, as if he was lost in thought. Johnson: "Oh, yes. Sorry. I have some more of those case files you've requested." And Johnson then holds out tiny stack of files. Zoey smiles, and grabs the stack of files. Zoey: "Thank you." Johnson: "May I ask what you need them for?" Zoey starts heading into her office, and puts down the case files on her desk, as she moves around to take a seat behind her desk. Meanwhile, Johnsons follows her in after having asked Zoey the question. He'd seem rather interested in what she was up to. Zoey: "You may..." However, before Zoey could finish her sentence, the radio on the young officer crackles to life as a call can be heard from dispatch. Dispatch over the radio: "Calling all units, gunshot at Turtle beach, 12 Porto trail. Request immediate assistance. One civilian down." Just before Johnson managed to take a seat in front of Zoey's desk, he looks up at her, and excuses himself, as he rushes out into the hallway, to the others officers all preparing to head out. Zoey decides to follow, and picks up her gun from the small table next to the couch, and her jacket. And heads out of the police station to her old rusty car. And follows the police down to the crime scene. She'd park a block away, and walk down to the scene. Other officers have already arrived, and taped off the Area. She is greeted by another officer guarding the tape. She'd show him her FBI badge, and he lifts up the tape for Zoey. Zoey walks up to the center of the crime scene, and notices the blood on the furniture. And she'd look around. She sees Rocco being taken away by paramedics, she sees the frightened girl, who called the ambulance being questioned by a detective. Zoey looks around a bit more. Trying to piece the puzzle together. She overheard the woman on her way in, saying no one else was around. And it sounded like a very loud shot. So the attacker most likely used range. Being at the docks, there are plenty of positions one could hide for long range. But not very many hidden positions. She'd notice a bush 500m west that seemed a bit out of place. And so, she'd decide to head over there and take a closer look. Upon closer inspection, it would appear hollow, and one of the blades having some black residue on them. Most likely gun powder. She'd notice one more thing as she leaned in even closer, something shining in the sun light on the ground. She picks it up with a tiny stick she found laying around. Being careful not to ruin any potential finger prints. Just as she did, the lead investigator noticed Zoey, and approaches her while shouting out. Lead detective: "Hey, you! Who are you? What do you think you are doing here?! This is a crime scene!" Zoey doesn't respond to him right away, and instead waves over a CSU technician, who bags and tags the bullet for her, before finally responding to the Lead Detective, flipping out her FBI badge. Zoey: "Special Agent Zoey Anderson, and I just found your attacker's bullet." The Lead Detective quickly changes his tone, not exactly sure what to make of it. Lead Detective: "Oh... Uhh.. Thank you." He scratches the back of his head a bit. Lead Detective: "You're not here to take of my case are you?" Zoey: "Haha... No... I'm not. Don't worry. I'm just here to help. What can you tell me happened here?" Lead Detective: "Well, we're not entirely sure. The victims name is Rocco, a local around here. Unfortunately, we don't know if he's going to make it yet. The young woman's name is Cathrine, she didn't see anything at all. And doesn't know why anyone would shoot Rocco. As far as she could tell us, he's an outstanding citizen with no enemies." Zoey looks around for a moment as the detective talks, she'd then notice the small pond with water. And something seeming a bit off. She'd bow down, and reaches a hand into the muddy pool. The detectives looks at her a bit strange, no clue what she's doing. Eventually, she fishes up a completely soaked phone. She'd look up to the CSU Technician who approach with another bag. And she'd hand him the phone. Zoey: "Let me know if you manage to find anything on this, alright?" The technician nods and says: "Yes ma'am.", and walks away. Lead Detective: "H..How'd you do that?" Zoey: "Do what?" Lead Detective: "Know where to look." Zoey: "Ohh... Simpe really, our brains are amazing at pattern recognition. It's just something they teach us at the Academy to look for, and recognize patterns. I'll see you around, Detective." Zoey walks off, leaving the detective. He'd seem to stand still for a few moments, trying to see if he notices any other patterns. Clearly not sure what he's doing. Zoey walks back to her car, and on the way, picks up a news paper. And start reading it a bit in her car. Nor driving anywhere right now. As she looks up and to the side, she'd see an old style Cadillac riding past her, slowly. As if the driver was inspecting the crime scene. She'd write down the license plate with a pen in the paper she was reading, and leaves the paper in the passenger seat. As she then starts the car, and follows the Cadillac. (( Hope you don't mind @Rocco. I tried to keep it open ended. And work of what information you had already established. ))

Some price suggestions for you. By putting the price 99 instead 100, you're making the prices seem cheaper for the customer. And are more likely to get more sales.
-
Eh, actually... Just take it. Or whatever. I don't need it anyway. It's just something I whipped together in like five minutes. Okay, maybe not five minutes. I probably spent a little longer than I should have on gag. But hey, if you like it, all the better!

How about we'll say you just owe me one then. If I'm ever kidnapped, and the bad guys use your transport service to move me. Play along for a while, and then let me go. ... Or whatever I ask if I need something later.

Well... I'm in no rush. What'd you have in mind?
