    Currently at Cp Casey in Korea. It's my first station (AIT was 45 weeks so I spent over a year in TRADOC). I leave here in 20 days then I go to Ft. Campbell.

    I'm kinda curious on this too, unless it's already been answered. I would think that the Mayor/Governor/whoever in charge of the island would be able to appoint a "Commissioner" of sorts to run the police department, or the population of Identity would elect an official to be in charge. Either way, a police force does need a leader.

    Nah your biggest problem will be gankers/trolls/gamekillers. Ever play Face of Mankind? It was intended to be an rp game, but quickly devolved into an FPS when one of the faction leaders decided he wanted to take over the game. Suppose you guys rp and you get a random ganker who comes and kills you repeatedly and then informs you how bad you are because you died a lot. Suppose that 1 random turns into 100. What then?

    The officer in question could ask the player upon their respawning, but that would be breaking RP

    Well nah what I'm saying is, we don't know when this game will be 100% out. There's still a number of factors to think about. 1) How do you know you will have the manpower to pull this off on launch? 2) To anyone you have recruited now, how will you maintain their interest so they don't go off on another group that looks like "The Next Big Thing?" 3) Do you plan on establishing HQs on every portion the island on launch or just dispatching from one area? (related to manpower) Also just because I'm curious, why do you have enlisted ranks in command positions? For smaller unit sizes that's all fine and good, but based on my experience (US Army currently 2 years active duty) platoons on up are the domain of Commissioned Officers. You can ignore this paragraph, this was just my military rant lol. No criticism intended, just giving out some advice.

    Looks good on paper, but I don't think it'll really be as big as you're thinking on launch. Think about scope. Would be better to start small with short term goals with all the shit in your post as more long term. That's just me though.

    I was in the Law Enforcement Department (LED) faction on Face of Mankind (FoM) and rose up to a high rank to oversee day to day operations. I also served as a Colonel in the Freedom Defense Corps (FDC) faction. As for RL, I'm currently US Army. 2 years in.
